    In the first game that it called the English Rat (I recommend it in my course). The deal is that while White might think that relieving Black of castling rights is a good thing, with Queens off the board it is not a big deal at all. Check out the Lichess database - after 1. d4 d6 2. c4, the move that has the highest win rate (as well as the best engine valuation) in both Master and club player databases is e5!

    2:06 Nimzowitch has said focus inthe position infront of you g3 literally helps black consolidate, try play the most accurate moves to put black in danger, btw 2000 elo online is one achievement in chess, shows you like the game, at 5:20 study some theory in that opening after qc2 going nd2 and castling thennc4 pressuring the d6 pawn is thematic, you never play bd3 in that line

    1:35 I can already tell from the opening that white has no idea how to play the london, that's a wrong move order and allows equalization for black which black doesn't find (Nh5) but that Qc2 move is atrocious. These details aren't really obvious for anyone below like expert level, they just have to know the general plans and how to develop I guess.

    • @Leo-jj8du
      @Leo-jj8du 28 дней назад

      Yes, I just wanted to Show an example of how you should develop in General. Especially for beginners the move orders with moves Like Nh5 don‘t matter. An Qc2 is Not a good move, it should just give an idea of connecting the rooks. I mentioned this I think.

    Could you make a video on the fried liver gambit where you go deeper into the line we saw, because after 4:53, the knight on c3 can go to b4 and I really like to go a3 here where 90% of the players will fork the king and the rook not knowing that it is still equal. But then you go kd1 and it is pretty much a lot of fun from that position. Also could you make a video on how to refute the blackbourne shilling gambit, cause it is actually possible to sacrifice the knight early on after 7:22 by castling which I also would like to learn more about. And then lastly I would like to learn more about the scotch gambit. Hexo gambit is really nice for beginners trying to play against the fried liver. I am truly a fried liver enjoyer

    the annoying thing is: We got a player in our chess club playing exclusivly g4/b4 or g5/b5 on the first move. Problem is, over the years he has become so good with it that there is nothing you can throw at him to keep your advantage.

  • @christiankoch9549

    A bit above my level but nicely explained. I play caro-kann myself but to this day I never understood why to play h5 instead of h6. To me, playing h5 created a permanent weakness the oponent can exploit. Hence I tend to prefer playing h6 against the Tal variation. I know that the engines say that h5 is better or at least equal but i unveiled that I am not an engine but a human ^^ Anyways, nice video lloking forward for more :)

    • @Leo-jj8du
      @Leo-jj8du Месяц назад

      h6 is also possible, but it allows g4, and After you retreat your Bishop to h7 white has this Pawn sacrfice e6! This creates a huge weakness around your king, if your opponent knows about this move, for me at least, I would not be comfortable playing this Position
