I suggest you start hoarding crystals for when you unlock the engraver. That thing will eat them up real quick. Also the tribes are offering resource reward and critter energy cost reduction don't miss out on those.

I even did hammerman and upgraded my engineers, and then melons replaced em and lost my upgrade points :sob: Also, melon bombardiers are WAY more broken for people who dont have normal bombardiers

The two best and most used proto troops are melon bombardiers (dps wise) and lazortrons. If you want to know if a prototroop is good or not, then look at if leaderboard players use them, it’s very rare for leaderboard players to use proto troops unless they’re really good. Another common argument is whether lazortrons or rainmakers are better, if we want to talk statistically and dps wise, then lazortrons win in every single way including being the best at megacrab. I’m not sure if the average player is bad with math or just isn’t experienced with taking down bases or what, but lazortrons smokes rainmakers in dps, so much so that leaderboard players use them instead of rainmakers. Believe it or not, leaderboard players never use rainmakers. Rainmakers are good, but with how slow and inconsistent they are, it’s unable to beat ice bases. It’s fine to favor rainmakers, but saying they’re better than lazortrons is just plain dumb, or you just don’t have enough experience to make that judgement, the dps isn’t even close in comparison. We aren’t even taking into consideration the ability to hit mines and defenses from behind, with how good the range is, it’s basically laser rangers with zero downsides.

Big fan of the videos, i've recently gotten back into boom beach after not playing it for over 7 years, started in 2014 played for a few years and then just reinstalled it in december last year, HQ 18 right now but getting my way up, nice to see people still upload this.

a strong strategy that works for me is 4 boats of heavies 3 boats of rangers and 1 boat of cryoneers with second wind i destroy every base with this loadout it’s my main not as expensive as the others im lvl 63 at 1200vp going against lvl 78-81’s all the time too but my statue loadout is 5 TD statues 4 TH statues and 1 perfect GBE masterpieces and 1 RR statue masterpiece plan on getting another GBE tho once i get to HQ25 got a perfect one in my storage
