Thanks for posting. I’d love to get more info from actual people who live here. The FB group is locked down unless you live there. I applaud the sales team. Those I’ve met are great. But, I’d love to hear from folks who live there how they like their house (good quality etc) and the amenities.

We walked the trails over the weekend. While it is beautiful, there are some really rough areas around the backside that isn’t being maintained, maybe because it’s out of view….wish the HOA would fix it up.

Fast Calesa township

Is there a video or link to more information about Calesa? I'm trying to understand the concept of Calesa Township. It seems that it offers so much that you would expect the HOA to be HUGE. But supposedly it's only $100 per month. I've seen subdivisions that offer very little for $70 per month.

What type of floors are shown in the main living area? Is that tile or luxury vinyl planks?

Can you install a ductless AC unit for the garage? It doesn’t appear they have and imagine they get get really hot.

Not too crazy about modern open plan between kitchen and living room. Also prefer the kitchen sink at an exterior window. Like the 2 and 1 garages.

Would love to see the current model with the alternate open kitchen layout. My husband and I have been to calesa and started a file with the larkspur model with all of our options chosen but the model had not been built yet so we would love to see a video on larkspur . I would love to see the smaller currant with open kitchen layout as well if available. Thank you.
