2nd day of the MI-IN challenge. My 2nd weekend in the 01 Coupe. Now, on 285/315 Falkens and in my harness. Plus, changed to a C6 shifter. Way over driving the car here and trying to dial back to a base coupe suspension.

Life can be tough sometimes. Our beloved Yorkie in the red C5 with the bra@the 3:55 mark is going to have to be put down on Monday, 4-1-2024. He just LOVED our C5 convertible.....😢😢😢
So sorry about your yorkie 😢. We have our Great Dane mastiff mix girl we are going to have go thru the same thing with soon unfortunately. Glad you have the memories to hold onto. This was a great day.

did you tune it after install? they cant even tune 1993's anymore.
Yes, it has Gen2 injectors as well.
@kylefelts691 Where did you get it tuned? I have a 93 and I'm looking to do exhaust upgrade and possibly a cam upgrade.
@@christianchappell-rottenbe1495 92-95 cant be tuned you have to do an external ecu, worst part of having a gen one. think im going to sell mine so i can get something that can be tuned.
@@steveharper5368why can’t it be tuned? Locked ecu? I’m sure someone could unlock it pretty easily
@@fadedsoul23 out dated, have to go external, i called around the who;e country, thats why i sold it, its around 10k for an external.
im wanting to get headers and exhaust for a 1993, but ive been told there is no way to tune them, is that true?

@@steveharper5368 Specialty Perfromance Team in CA still looks open... VEC2 is Now Vec3. I suggest giving ROE racing a call on the VEC box.
@@kylefelts691 yeah i contacted Roe a few days ago and this is what they said Unfortunately being OBD 1 versus OBD 2, there are no tuners that will tune OBD 1. The only way we really can tune it is either hard code the ECM with a tune or install a standalone programmer like a MOTEC or similar. Both very expensive options to pick-up only a few more horsepower.

I would have to go back and look at the results. Always a different layout, so it's just about competing on that day.
