Have you run into a orange mcculock or a mcculock 10-10s . .? if you have please reply anyone
I just got one that my dad has had since he purchased it, can you do a video how to start it? I can't find a how to start it cold. It was serviced a couple of years ago and I added brand new fuel but I suspect it has some weird process to start. Please!
how to mcdonald trads 1969 alominum hard cup hilmet
I really like getting the old ones going and cutting wood-vintage saws rule--like a homelite xl12 with a bow!!!!!!!!!!!!
Interested in doing this I have willson super tough 6 point needs new suspension video on you putting suspension in would be cool to see
Sounds like you got her tuned in!!
a couple of weeks ago, i picked up two vintage macs for $27 for the pair, a 640, and one a little smaller that i have no idea what model it is. the sticker on the air cleaner cover has no printing on it, and looks like it hasn't for 30 years. they are both complete, obviously haven't run in decades, and were collecting crud in a barn all that time. it's so thick on the smaller one, you can barely tell it's yellow. i'm trying to id that one, got any ideas?
to have an oil pump for mcculloch PM 484
Quiero sauer si mi motosierra lleua la gasolina esmitieda
Excellent video, very informative. I bought a 7-10 off ebay a few years ago. Or, at least it was listed as a 7-10 and the air filter cover says 7-10A. Got to looking at my stamp, it shows 600033U. That number doesn't match any 7-10 I looked up. It has points i believe and it does have a decomp button. Any ideas?
More than likely it’s a pro Mac 700 a little newer than the 7-10 model
You still have your knife?
Man lol im going to need so side covers lol
I got one for sale
Hey hey ! Thx for clip/ video. I have 10-10 Pro-mac model 600014F. What can someone tell about the saw ? It was a bar find and i am totally unknown with Mcculloch big saw 54 cc, but i heard some from Billy Bucking Ray Smith here. 60 dollar aprox.!! :-) cus the seller did not care and it was among a lot of 9 saws from barn find... I post now at my channel "motordiverse". I am exited about this...because I bought it in Norway and i guess it is rear...and it also worked...and been neglected for ...nobody knows...many years ha ha. 20 Inch bar. It sounds greate and seems relaible...and well....i know it is a peace of valuble art...at least for me he he ! :-) I used to Minimac i think it is 320... also cool...but it is another division i think. This is quit big. I guess it will be long lasting...at least it is my expectation. 600014F...anyone have a comment ?
Hello sir how are you? I was wondering if you sell parts for the old mccullochs? ✌️❤️🌲🐝
I just purchased a Pro Mac 1010 from eBay and it came with the larger stack muffler not the pancake did some 1010 come with The larger muffler or do you think maybe it possibly was damaged or rusted and was replaced
Yes. It could be both.
@@homelitejim thanks
The 10-10s has a decompression valve
Which 10-10s? The super 10-10, the super 10-10a, or the pro Mac 10-10s.
@@homelitejim the only one, the pro mac 10-10s the last variant made. I have one and a 7-10A they both have a decompression valve and both the model numbers check out. Im honestly probably going to plug them both off.
You can get 6 point liners from westcoast saw. But i would keep the orginal clips and use those in stead of the ones you can buy from them. You can easily get 3 to 5 hundred dollars for any of those hardhats. If you find the right people, like loggers i have about 20 or 30 of six point and four point mac Ts.
I'm interested in the full wrap for that poulan chainsaw?
Don't want to sell one of the full wrap bars by any chance?
Im a Homelite guy!!
Nice find! The audio sounds as old as the saw :D
Nice. If hate to run one of those old girls all day,
Very nice. Just started restoring one of these babies and a 5-20 ad well👍
Is it just me or are the exhaust ports in different locations, actual 7-10 on the side vs the saw in question port facing the ground? Also, was there a cuttoff in the series when they went from right side to left side starter?
All 10 series saws exhaust out the bottom.
hey Jim , i just picked up a McCullough and having no luck finding the model number on line , just wondering if you could let me know what site u go on to identify model numbers mine is a 600061B if you have time , thanks

Nasty Bog! Ain’t getting enough fuel. Mine raps a lot harder
2.100 maquinon
Quantas cc hp 2100??
Thanks for the review.
I just found a super pro 60 no decompression switch no primer bulb just a choke and throtle leaver. has compression but no fuel getting in or spark any clues as model number missing.
You have enough of these? lol,a few days ago i found one of these in our shop, Ive been there 20 years and its been sitting on a shelf ever since, i think i'm gonna take it home for the weeks i'm in "quarantine" and make it a corona project, i bet the gas inside is nice and varnished, i took the cap off and took a wiff and it almost knocked me out,ha ha ha ha, it has that little side cover that looks like a speaker cover, cool little chainsaw, ive been looking around and like you say its a chore to identify just by looks,i dont have any numbers but i will soon.
Nice old saw! I have the exact same saw and love it ! What a great 70cc screamer and they have a iron bore cylinder!
I would like to know where I can get a promac 800 wrap handle
Do you have any full wrap handle pro 700.. give some $$$ for one
Original bar?
Homelitejim if you don't mind me asking, where about are you from? I just found your channel. I'll be checking you out more buddy.
SURE WISH I COULD FIND A CHAIN CASE SIDE COVER FOR MY SUPER PRO 81. Top broke off so no bucking spike mount . Last part ng needed to get her fixed up . ALASKA BRAD
Hey Jim great vids! Is there a way to get a hold of you? Looking for a bar for a sp125 thanks for your time
Doesn’t the sp 125 have a 3 shoe clutch?
Would you part with the superpro 80 you had at the start of this video
Wish I still had my pops saw.it was just like these.would have loved to hear it run
I rescued one from my dad's old shed when he died....I hope to find its ID here.
What a great tour really enjoyed it
Hi jim. I dont have Twitter. How can I get a hold of you. EMAIL??
Nice video Jimmy. I'd be having as much fun as you getting those old saws running again. You have some really nice old ones too. Keep up the good work! I'll sub your channel and watch some more of your vids.
from what I have gathered the 57cc and 70cc are the only 10-series with decomps...6-10 7-10 10-10s pro mac 55 and the 700etc....nice collection od saws!
The Super Pro 80 and 81, Pro Mac 850 and 800 (82cc) also have decomps. There’s also the Super Pro 60 but I’m not sure if it has one.
@@justinstearns9723 those are all anti vibe saws well the 800 I've heard is a hard body..
