why do all these vids show the install and no driving

Wouldnt the sound passing through the tweeters not be ideal for the new speakers' clarity? Is it not better to link the door speakers directly to the head unit instead? Reason i ask is that i installed new speakers today in my gr86 and they sound nothing like how i heard the speakers in the store and the reviews. I found out that this is because this car's door speakers are routed through the tweeters (instead of the head unit) it cuts out signals of mid and treble drastically and makes the speakers not function properly.

Can the strobe delay between braking be changed?

Just finished installing the same ones on my '23 86 Base model. Followed your vid and all went very nicely. The image is quite focused and looks soo cool. Thanks for putting that information on YT.

Tein seems to have lost some of its popularity in USA. I’m guessing it happened when they started manufacturing their low end kits in places other than Japan. I have a new Z and am in the market for some coilovers. I’m curious what you would say when comparing High end tein to Aragosta or Ohlins? HKS? Thanks !

I purchased this from blackhawkjapan. I have a larger hand so it is nice that the height of the shift knob is about four fingers wide. The three to four shift isn’t as good as the one to two and five to six. However, I’ve only driven with it twice due to some issues preventing me from driving as much.

This is currently one of the best videos on RUclips to date showing the true and accurate colour of the green GR86 Hakone Edition. The official videos from Toyota/Gazoo Racing do not accurately show a true representation of this colour.

I want it but that color looks so dull, the renders actually look like a matte or satin finish but this just looks dull

Personally, the green on the 1st gen was wayyy nicer. The 2nd gen looks like a cheap vinyl wrap color.
