This was a lovely video to find & watch in the morning while im trying to find what to do with leftover tatties. I like that lil egg pan! Thanks for uploading!
Glad it was helpful!
Great idea to use cream cheese. You are funny with clicking fingers between scenes 🙌🏼
Glad you liked it!!
good luck on your move. I feel the same about food i try to never waste it upsets me when food is so pricy and dear now, I can relate to your excitement on the move and a bigger kitchen. good luck, look foward to your new kitchen videos! great caserol.
you could probably add egg or some other median and make some sort of hash brown patty. otherwise great video! thank you.
Great idea!
Looks good, I love potato pancakes, latkes. I’ll try to get my wife to make this recipe.
TRYING THIS!!!
FYI, the freezer method turned out to be better, baking them briefly took away a lot of the flavor.
this looks so good
It is!
i love this channel
I love that I’m not the only one who does this. I don’t like leftover French fries except to use them for hash browns. It should be said though that to do this you need to do it the next day before they get too hard sitting in the fridge (and should be added last as you did in this video). I have sensitive teeth and find them too crunch otherwise. Great video!
Glad you liked it! And excellent point re: day-old only fries!
As a single person I also split up packs of meat to freeze for “single size” portions. I’ve usually wrapped the individual portions in Saran/cling wrap then put in freezer bags. Is there is a reason you prefer to use tin/aluminum foil instead? I’m genuinely asking because if it’s better I may try it going forward.
I find that plastic wrap doesn't protect as well against freezer burn. Also, you can defrost in oven right from the freezer.
I shared this with my grown daughter. She doesn’t like potatoes and when we have ‘family get together meals’ she usually will make mashed potatoes for us and mashed cauliflower for her so I thought she’d really enjoy this. Thanks so much for the idea!
Thanks for sharing!!
Thank you💐
Looks great... thanks for sharing
Thanks for watching!
I love your presence, thank you
All such good hints . It’s very hard not to waste when you’re by yourself. Some of these I do already but the flattening of the chicken is a good one. Thank you💐
