I like using the tower springs, but I switched to ropes halfway through because this was too much weight for my arms and one can only adjust the tower springs so far. I think you must have been an Olympic gymnast to have those muscles! 😅

Hi I just discovered your video and I really like the workout. I’ve had a long break from Pilates recently invested in a 2nd hand reformer at home to try and get back into it. Do you have any workout program you’d recommend for men? Thanks

And I would recommend more videos if you have specific goal/purpose/physical issues for doing Pilates so please let me know!
