Never even noticed these had a zero fret, could anyone share what the purpose would be??

This is why zero frets be a pain & not really a highly sought after spec.

I had a strandberg that did this same exact thing. I sent it back to them for repair and it still did it.

It clicks when you reach the correct pitch

That's a common issue due to fret zero, had the same on a Strandberg with stainless steel. Nothing to do with Kiesel. Sometimes it happens, sometimes it disepears. This is the reason why Kiesel headless guitars does not have zero fret anymore

Too much break angle at the zero fret and it's an unpolished fret.

Swap that zero fret for a steel, carbon or brass nut.

Nothin beats a good old fashioned nut

People are telling him to polish it like this isn't a quality issue that the manufacturers have to deal with themselves. For how much money you have to pay to have these made, this is NOT a problem that you should encounter with your guitar. If it can simply be polished with sand paper and it's so cheap, then why can't Kiesel and Strandberg do it?

Sure but once you actually plug it in and run it through a bunch of distortion, it's not gonna matter

I have no idea what is going on but i have a Zeus currently and have a Strandberg coming in the mail so I will now spend the next week only bending strings until i confirm any excess noise thanks

zero fret - ALWAYS needs to be stainless steel.

Fuck that.. and after what you pay for those, and I hear their customer service sucks, so they would probably blame you for "making it click"
