This is to inform everyone that although the information given in this video is correct---and I have verified this by calling PSK customer care number 18002581800 thrice on three different days, PSK kolkata for example will NOT convert from normal to tatkal under any circumstances. That's okay, but what's bad is that they won't agree that it is their fault that they are unable to do it although it does happen elsewhere in india and say things like "go elsewhere then, get out" and "Who the hell gives you these usless information?" It is not the ignorance of an official protocol which I am disappointed about, it is their attitude by which i am completely disgusted.
