I'm an amateur runner who has run all distances up to 100K. I'm currently on a running streak since Jan 4, 2018 and not planning on stopping anytime soon. This channel is for anyone who needs motivation to go out and run. I will share my training runs, and some race footage regularly and discuss how I stay motivated to run every day.

This Half Marathon, 10K and 5K event in Winnipeg, Manitoba began in 2012 with a simple idea: to host a small running event and raise funds for the Heart and Stroke Foundation. In that inaugural year, the event had 1,665 registered runners and raised $25,000. Fast forward to 2024, where this event hosted a record 4000 runners. WFPS Run has raised over $500,000 for the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

My first 100 Mile Ultra trail run (102.3M or 164.6Km in 32 Loops) and my friend Jin's record 158.4 Miles or 255 km (50 loops) run in 48 hours. This was an endurance event with entries for 6, 12, 24 and 48 hours running loops of 5.1km.

Just bought a ONEWHEEL GT. I call it the Golden nugGeT. This is my first ride. Disclosure, I rode my buddy's GT for a few minutes back in November 22 in Florida. I'm still very squirly on it!

Amazing! Very nice effort. I'm giving this a go as my first race beyond 50km. I'm curious what shoes you wore and if you switched out at Saint-des-caps.
Hi! You’ll love this race. I kept my Altra Lone Peaks on for the entire race but I had a pair of Olympus at Saint-Tite-des-Caps just in case. You cross under the road in water just before the aide station so your feet will be wet.
Hi Chuck. I was there for the national anthem and would love to access a copy of the video if possible. I teach Canadian history and could use it for a lesson.
Hi Derek. I did not record the whole anthem because I felt really disappointed at the organizers for treating us that way. How can you not ensure your anthem signer knows the actual words? Fargo would not be what it is if it weren’t for Canadians from Manitoba traveling there for shopping and other events. This is definitely not a video I would have kept anyway. I’m a 36+ year military veteran and this was very insulting to me. Sorry I couldn’t be of help.

Liked this video. Running regularly for 30+ yrs. Currently on my run streak (Day518). I run on track every morning, so always enjoy watching other people running on different type of surfaces. Running on -20 degree snow trail reminds me of my collage life in E.Lansing MI USA. Keep up the great run. Kudos to your amazing streak!
