Winter camping is a great bit of fun. But it is so much Co ordination . We might take a few weeks before I go again . I enjoyed being cosy and comfortable. After that there is nothing more of a challenge to it . I need a challenge

@YarpsOutdoors nobody really did the last one . It is the Pinnacle of challenge. I did it. I enjoyed it . I would do it again though as it turned off my Need to camp for months after it

It surprises me that there isn’t a single modular chest rig on the market designed with photojournalists in mind. There are a few options-about four models worldwide-such as the ones made by Newswear, but they are extremely outdated and far from modular. As a journalistic camera operator, I need to be in and out of vehicles, running after people, and constantly switching gear within seconds. Yet, I haven’t found a setup that truly fits my needs. Companies seem unaware of how cumbersome backpacks are when squeezing through crowds at events or how excruciatingly uncomfortable regular vests can become after hours of walking under the sun to reach remote locations. Both options are completely impractical. Lately, I’ve been scouring military equipment for something that suits my needs. You have given me a few ideas, thanks for the inspiration, buddy. Ps: yeah, it feels like a bra, but I just dont care anymore 🤣🤣

I won't make excuses about time but I had only a few minutes to get it done .. it was fun to do .. if I had a bit more time who knows . I'm glad I'm not the reigning champion 🏆 like Mick is . I can't stand hot things , so I was impressed with how far I got . Thanks to the egg , the milk and the hob nob .

@@Chronically_Outdoors There is lots to film while doing nothing. Sure isn't there enough to do just getting there and getting home. i often consider the act of camping one which has ripples throughout the rest of our lives in terms of organization and disorganization . Maybe you should try a camp where you do nothing at the camp.. just forget about the camera. When i was making the noodles I was very busy putting away the tent.
@@lifesahobby My ADHD doesn't allow me to do nothing lol. If I keep myself busy physically, I'm at peace mentally.

I agree with Sticks. It did have a movie like feel to it. That was a great spot for stargazing. I always think one of the worst parts about camping is actually trying to get some sleep. It usually leaves me feeling restless and trying to find a comfy spot.
Sleep requires head phones and just letting go. .. for me at least . It's in the hands of the gods now .. is often a feeling closing my eyes . I never thought I'd be so comfortable with the door open. But now it's the new normal . I hope you give it a go soon

Watching from my tent in the top end of Australia water temp 88 degrees farinheight. Camping is easy. No sleeping bag and no clothes for sleeping.!
