It really is my shoes though. I cant have a pair of shoes more then 6 months before they start falling apart. Ive had 20 doller shoes ive had 200 dollar shoes thet all fall apart and i keep glueing them back together because im not made of money. It also doesnt help that i have wide feet and apperently almost no one else does so finding shoes that fit is difficult.
Dude definitely try and post daily shorts. You should have way more subscribers for the quality of this info and filming 👏

Amazing video.. I am a new runner.. have been running 10k once every week now for last 2 months.. PB is 1:14:10. I know it's slow but I hope it will improve. Registered for my 1st HM in October.. and this was good motivation..

This is a great video! You did a great job. Quick question: I have been running with a shoe with firm sole and 8 mm drop, however, out of nowhere i got a foot pain around "inferior fibular retinculum" and had slight trouble walking without pain. Same leg is slightly over pronated. To that end, can i still go for a shoe like "Saucony Endorphin Speed 3"? or it is better to stick with a shoe that supports overpronation like "Mizuno Wave Inspire 19"? Would really appreciate your insight.
Appreciate it! I wouldn’t say those two shoes would make a drastic difference for pain in that area. Maybe I would go for more supportive in this case. But more importantly look at everything else - appropriate running load, strengthening and rehab, terrain etc.
@@williamphysio Thank you for your response. As i got proper diagnosis, the pain was related to "plantar fasciitis" since it was coming from lower foot by the arch and after the heel. After some days of rest it is almost gone. I will try few shoes at the shoe store and try to ease into the volume/terrain.
