I think the DVD can be bought online. For free streaming, I recall the Chinese video-sharing site, Tudou has the full show uploaded. It was on RUclips before, but was removed back in 2012. As for the live performance, I think this show has stopped running since 2008 or 2009. ^^

I just watched this on Dramacrazydotnet, it has English Subtitles if that helps also. Its a nice heartwarming story about innocence in a very bleak environment. I would recommend it :)
