I was at the Saturday game in Slough. The music was a bit loud for me at times, but it was certainly a good team performance. Bracknell had maybe 3 good spells but the defence held solid overall. I don't remember them having a chance in the first two power plays they had and that helped grind them down and let us take over. Something of a nostalgic trip to Reading and Slough that day for me, I was last there over 30 years ago when I was at university in Reading. Saw us play both Slough and Bracknell down there as the Humberside Seahawks. Many years later I'm a lot older, balding and not in good health but I clapped as hard as I could to support the team.
