I was in Japan for 3 months and I didnt really have any bad experiences as far as being black, i felt like i was treated the same as any other foreigner. The only negative expierences I had were with other foreigners🤷🏾‍♂ Overall its a chill country just abide by their written and unwritten rules and youll be just fine.

I thought I was decent looking guy until I lived in Japan. I was there for 3 years and found that the women seemed completely uninterested in dating, me or anyone else. They were polite and friendly but they made sure that I was a friend and nothing more. I was dateless the entire time I was there

It was sad to hear about some of Umi's experiences in Japan, but it's good that it hasn't put her off living there. She is right when she said that if she's going to be discriminated against no matter where she is in the world, she may as well live somewhere that makes her happy. I'm going to be living in Japan as a student for a year and I'm really looking forward to it. I hope to not have any negative encounters but nothing will stop me from enjoying the once in a lifetime experience!

Dreadlocks have been recorded in many cultures, the earliest recordings not even being black people. It's not native to black people, and it's ignorant to think so. All it takes is one google search. Oh, and by the way if you let your hair get really dirty it'll eventually turn into dreadlocks! Weird huh?

イギリスで黒人の子供に毎回チンチャンチョンって言われてたよ。ほぼ白人ばかりだったオーストリアではよく目を釣り上げられたり、雪投げられたり(これは一度だけ)色々あったけど、それは慣れてない子供やバカがやってるだけ。 他と違うから言われてるだけで、それは別に差別ではない。嫌なら教えて上げればいい。 白人、黒人は自分たちが差別する側、される側でずっといるから差別に対して意識しすぎ。日本に人種差別どうのこうの文化を押し付けないでほしい。 日本も日本で差別、人種差別は歴史的にあるやろうけど、白人、黒人に対してはないに等しい。デカいから怖いとか、違うから怖いであって、他の国でもその国の人と違う人は同じような感じになります。

The particles are what I struggle with the most. I'm still figuring out when to use "ga" or "wa" or "o". So many particles, so little time!! 😭😭

I've lived in Japan, the US, and Europe, and Japan is without a doubt the most fun country I've ever lived in. In Japan you would experience high quality service at a lower price than any other developed country. In the U.S., it costs more than $100 to eat in a restaurant. And in the West, most stores close at 8:00 p.m. In Tokyo, many stores are open until midnight. I feel that the Japanese Gen Z underestimates Japan.

投票の件に関しては、若者の方々の言う通りだと思いますね。 そもそも、若者人口が圧倒的に少なく、高齢者人口が多いから、高齢者人口の意見が優先されるのは、民主主義の日本では、そうならざるを得ない。 民主主義は、数が全てですからね。 若者の意見が尊重されるのは、不謹慎ですが、高齢者層の方々がお亡くなりになり、高齢者人口の数と、若者人口の数が、イ−ブンにならないと、現実問題として、厳しいのではないかなと思います。
