That's not bad. That kind of money would get you a small three-bedroom apartment in Sydney or Melbourne. I am always impressed by the home costs in some parts of the USA, which have gorgeous scenery.

Im coming from the DMV, so can you share about how diverse it is there? Has it been easy to find places where you’re not the only black woman in the mix? This is my only concern about the triangle. Thank you! I hope you’ve been enjoying Raleigh since your move! It’s all subjective but I find Raleigh to be quite diverse and don’t have trouble finding spaces with others who look like me. There will always be exceptions, but that’s the case in every city 🙂

California girl here. How does it compare to the Bay Area? I’m from San Jose.
Hubby says it’s like night and day! Much less congested here, traffic here is light compared to California. The population is more spread out. There are less “corner store” type establishments and things close a lot earlier so it the pace is slower. Sorry for the delay, let us know if you have more questions!

I guess the house was made with infinity stone 😂 to be honest I thjnknits a good price. I think you can count the number of homes of this size in Uk. In London this may be going for 30m pounds if you even see it.
