@@terrykuok8543 我量過，楊家太極劍55招 大概3~5 min殺完。 (不過，這55招是不精確的。) (楊家太極劍 "招式的分段"，我覺得不好。有點亂。有的明明是兩三招，它算一招。記憶起來就有點亂。.....拳的 "招式的分段"比較清楚。)
绵掌拳的招式中，與楊家太極拳(楊家老架108式)在精神上十分雷同！ 腳步平起平落。 圓當。 以心行氣。 ......... 招式上外型上大抵不相似，有一定的差異性。( 精神上，很相似。) 但是，有一兩招，似乎是一樣的。 像我，就看到一招，和野馬分鬃，基本上是和楊太差不多的！
