Pretty sure this is not how a Meisterstück ballpoint should open. Most likely the glue holding the nose onto the body has failed and it needs to be sent in for service. You should be able to unscrew the cap by turning it counter-clockwise.

After all that make sure to get silver oxide batteries, they last longer.

Great content as always , I am extremely disappointed in superbox I bought 2 ultra elite superboxes for 400 , and never got the 15 elite apps that was promised, contact them and they assured me 2 months ago that the elite apps would be back up. Had to get info from other youtubers to find out the elite apps aren't ever coming back .
