Installing dynamic indicators on my Skoda Octavia Mk3 VRS. The install is quite simple and entails unscrewing two torx screws and unclipping plastic clips. Anyone elses wing mirrors get filled up with water when you wash them and then empty down the side of your nice clean car when you drive off

Where did you get the lights from? All the ones I'm finding don't have the light on the inside of the mirror!
They are from eBay. It’s one unit. The light on the inside of the mirror isn’t a separate light it’s part of the main unit.

I think technically all mods need to be reported to the insurance company.

China poor quality indicator function less than year, in rainy season only half a year.
Mine have worked fine for over 18 months. There is lots of rain her in England! 😂

@@sanjaymyangar factory was 150hp or 190hp?? How many after remap?? Did you remove dpf for remap? I bought 16plate skoda superb 2.0tdi 150hp dsg.. and I dont like it..
Lukasz K 184bhp from factory. 225bhp after remap measured on a dyno. No modifications to dpf and no issues. Still on original clutch.
which torx screwdriver you use for screws? TX6? or smaller?

Hi, your video was very helpdul. I installed this indicators about 5 days ago, and today an error massage poped up, U112200 CAN bus. Do you know anything about it? I never checked the error codes in the car before, but today the dashboard showed up an orange ! in a triangle, and a little white lightbulb. All the lights are working.
:D Hacky thank you. The indicators should work with no coding required and they shouldn’t cause any errors. Did you also install led light elsewhere in the car? I know putting leds in side lights, fog lights or indicators will throw an error and have to be coded with VCDS or ODB11. But the dynamic indicators shouldn’t.
@@sanjaymyangar We bought the car about 6 months ago, this was my first "customization" on the car. I also know, that led lights can make errors like this. The error on the dashboard shows up only when i turn on the lights, but not every time, maybe 1/10(and its brake light error), and when i restart the car, theres nothing on the dashboard. The stock indicators in the mirrors, are not led, in the vrs? Because my car dont really have extras. Its just an 1.6 cr tdi with start stop and thats it.
:D Hacky no the stock indicators are not LEDs. Not sure what your error could be. Have you tried scanning your car for error codes using odb11 or vcds? Maybe it’s nothing to do with the indicators and just a coincidence? Possibly masking another issue? Hope you find a solution. Let me know if you find out what it is.

Great video! Do you get any error codes or the dash or no? Also how do you find the quality/brightness compared to the original indicators?
Konstantin Kostadinov Hi these are plug and play, no error codes and no coding required. The lights are as bright as the originals. The only difference is the small indicator light near the mirror that can be seen when you are behind the car is a little less brighter than the original
