I downloaded the media feature pack installed it when i go to optional feature I still dont see the media feature pack even though the installer says its installed I restarted my pc too still nothing, Also when i run the installer again it says it is installed but its not showing in optional features and in add a feature

These are wrong pointers. I could add an extra 8GB of RAM on top of the existing soldered 4GB and also an NVMe drive in the M.2. We could clearly see those slots for that in you video.
