Hola, no se si tendras el mismo programa y el mismo Firmware en el Panel HMI VT520G, pero cuando me traen al laboratorio estos paneles HMI, con fallos fatales de errores que no corren las recetas o no terminan de Bootear, les realizo un flasheo de todas las memorias, les cargo a nuevos todos los archivos Hex, y listo,... Saludos,...

Hola, si primero que nada debes contar con los archivos Hex. originales de las memorias, para poder volver a grabarlos en las memorias, quizas nuevas si estubiesen dañadas.... Que tipo de error te reporta el Panel HMI...??

Lamentablemente no cuento con los archivos Hex. He intentado pedir al fabricante el software para sacar el respaldo de la aplicación pero me indican que ya no dan soporte a hardware qué trabaja sobre MS-DOS

Hola, es muy probable que este defectuosa la memoria, el logo siemes esta cargado en el microcontrolado, pero no termina de bootear por que no termina de leer o cargar parte del firmware que se encuentra grabdo en la memoria flash eeprom.... En este momento es como si estubiera bloqueado... Gracias Saludos Cordiales...!!

Excelente video tutorial!!!!. Le hago una consulta: tengo un Ups Apc Back Ups Rs 800 que parpadea luces overload y remplace battery sabria cual seria la falla? .Las baterias son nuevas y cargadas. Saludos y gracias.

En la manera que te destellan las luces, pareciera que la UPS detecta una sobre corriente, o sobre carga, lo ideal es que comiences a chequear los transistores MosFet de Potencia, y medir los capacitores electroliticos de la fuente, y si las tensiones que entrega la fuente son los adecuados... @@sbelectronicaindustrial6652 el panel enciende pero la pantalla enciende su panel de led pero no hay imagen. Creo que la falla está en la tarjeta interna que posee la que va colocada en el peine. De paso cuando enciende se prende un led rojo interno y el buzer queda sonando permanentemente. Al principio encendía, se iniciaba el programa de la pantalla, funcionaba por un rato y se tildaba. Quedaba congelada la imagen. Lo apagabas, encendías y volvía a hacer lo mismo. Hasta que dejó de dar imagen completamente.
Si tu panel se encuentra con un Fallo Fatal en este momento.......
