You didn't turn on the machines auto pre-infusion, it makes MUCH better coffee with that on
I just got the Mechanika V Slim… love it! I added a group thermometer and now I can do a precise flush so I get a table brew temp. No need for a PID that could go wrong and cost a lot to fix.
You should make a yt video on how to add that!

Same, the espresso machine is great, the grinder isn't so great
@@harryshi975 You aerated the milk for too long, and then took too long to find the right position (was too close to the jugs wall for a while). When you get the position right you'll be able to texture the milk better with the folding roll
