Thanks for watching. It's best po to serve the puto within the day para po maenjoy ang freshness and spongy texture. Pero kung may sobra po at hindi naubos you can place it in an air-tight container saka po ilagay sa fridge to retain the freshness. ❤❤❤

I’m afraid to try this recipe mukhang dami ng tubig for that amount of dry ingredients . Dami q n ginaya lahat palpak .
Hi Ms. Gina Montalbo make sure to follow the procedures and the exact measurements of the ingredients to achieve the perfect kutsinta. Here are the tips --don't forget po na mahina ang apoy at ang tubig sa steamer ay kaunti lang po. Siguraduhin may cloth po ang steamer bago takpan. Suguraduhin din po ang lihiya ay 2 kutsarita lang. Hindi maaring sobra dahil papait. Hindi rin po marami ang tubig ng kutsinta sapat lang po kaya mapapansin ninyo na medyo makunat kunat or chewy ang texture nya. Happy cooking 👩🍳
