@@Idontdohandles Wow, thanks, Bro!! The portals and link rods are 1/10 and the ad for the tires didn`t really list a scale that I can remember. It is currently all torn apart with the installation of his 3rd body lift. I`m a newbie and I was having trouble finding a material that I can work with, with only basic tools. The 1st body lift was made out of the box that the C24 kit came in. I ruined that and the motor making this video, lol! The 2nd kit, I made out of some fairly thick plastic. But it was old and extremely brittle and just popped while sitting on the shelf. I am currently making one out of some galvanized sheet metal roofing. It`s been down for 2 mi=months now and I`m wanting to get it running again. I still have more crazy ideas, though. I even bought a digital scale to weigh him on. I`m sure you have me outweighed by a good margin. I really took notice of your video when I saw the weight and then when you mentioned dual 570 motors, wow! I do have some ideas for some other motors that I have. Right now, I just put in a high RPM 370 that I haven`t even gotten a chance to test. Plus, I have a 380 12-volt, 11,000 RPM Dremel motor and a 550 12-volt 42,000 RPM motor, both waiting to be figured out. Let me go make sure that I subbed your channel.

@@ToyotaGuy1971 No, just the stock electronics for now. I decided to risk it. It looked like such a good spot to drive in for a quickie video. It did croak a short time later though. And when I picked him up something felt really hot so, I unplugged the battery and hadn`t checked it out yet. I`ve had these 11.1-volt batteries for almost a year without being used. Maybe, I need a charge. Or, more likely, I`ve burned up one of the tiny wires either on the motor or the battery. Or he is just sooo fat, that he killed the battery quick. This thing is heavy. I`m gonna buy a scale to find out exactly what he weighs. I need to make a mount for the phone on my controller so I`m not driving one handed. I get to having fun and forget to keep the star of the show on screen, lol

@@mrkemblegilstrap lol Hmm, maybe if you let him dry out some, he'll be okay. Maybe it just needs a charge. Maybe the guage of wires you're using between the esc and motor are too small, giving you too much resistance. Maybe that could explain why it was getting hot. Might need a motor with more torque or change to smaller pinion. Hmmm.....🤔 Looks so badass, though! 😎👍

@@ToyotaGuy1971 Oh, Thank you! Yes, all are possible for sure. On my Challender build, I melted the motor wires and then then the little Jada toys motor, too lol. I haven`t cracked it open yet, but I`m fixin to shortly. I already have a lineup of bigger motors. A huge, 550 brushed motor about the diameter of a half dollar. And a 2435 brushless. I`m hunting for metal transmissions for them. I already have a bullet proof metal 2 speed for the 2435, but it came unassembled and have yet to find any instructions on assembling the dam thing Grrrr!

I was born and raised in Mankato MN, I've lived here with my folks most of my life except for 3 years when I was sharing an appartment with a friend in Good Thunder, a small farm town about 20 miles from here, and when living with a girlfriend for 2 years in Madelia. I lived with another girlfriend for 3 years before my appartment in Good Thunder, but here in Mankato. Now I'm living with my mom again in the same house I grew up in. I have to, because I have complex post traumatic stress, and I haven't been able to find an attorney willing to take my social security/disability case. I love living here in this house though, in spite of my mom's narcisstic personality disorder (part of the reason for my CPTSD). I have everything I need at least. I'm 53 and I never thought I'd live past 30. lol

Known as the soy bean crushing capital of the world(Google 😂). In my life I've been in real snow(6 inches), 2 times. And, 2 times it sleeted kinda heavy. I can't even imagine what it's like up there. I'm more of the beach bum type. Not hippie. There's a big difference, lol. Bummer about the SS. Down here they give it out to people that are merely depressed because their sister died. I swear. I have a friend, my age, that when asked what qualified him for SS, he doesn't even know. His guess is because he's depressed about her passing. Down here they give SS to people in a heart beat with any kind of mental or emotional problems and people with actual physical problems have to fight for years to get a check. I don't think you need an actual attorney to file. I read online about people that do it themselves. For me, I was in and out of the hospital a dozen times in a year with breathing problems. In the hospital one day the phone rang and a lady asked for me by name. I said, that's me. She said my name is Laura and I'm a Social Security advocate that works through the hospital and do you want to start getting a check every month. My mouth fell open. I cried a bit. I had been having a rough time with my health and I had been homeless for over 2 years. Sure enough, less than 2 months later, I was getting a monthly check and back pay, too. Their fee was $1,800. And SS paid it. Not me. The lawyers sandbag a case so that their percentage pay is way high. An advocate just works for a flat fee that we don't even have to pay. Maybe, you could check that out? I'm doing great now. Brand new apartment in a brand new building. Granite counters and stainless steel appliances. You could come down and stay with me for awhile and get healthy. I have been divorced twice with no kids and no living family. I was wanting to rescue a cat from the shelter, but it sounds like you need a bit of rescue, too.

Our house is about a mile from one of those big soy bean processing plants, too. At one time, my older sister who passed away a year ago from cervicle cancer, worked as a security guard there through Pinkerton. I lost my dad about 5 years ago, and we've also lost 2 very cute and sweet bunnies. So it's been rough, but I'm dealing with it all pretty well. Those 2 girlfriends I mentioned, they both turned out to be vulnerable narcissists, too. lol I can't win! I gave up on having anymore girlfriens after my last one, I think the feminist-propaganda has done a lot of damage to females, so I just play it safe. No kids of my own either. Heck, I can't even take care of myself, let alone kids! lol Yeah, we have some crazy weather here sometimes. Last winter, is was really mild, hardly had any snow on the ground all winter, and the temps were warmer than I can ever remember. That was nice, because I didn't have to worry as much about my mom falling down on the snow and ice. The 2 winters before last were milder too, and summers were less humid. I think it had something to do with all those Canada and California wildfires. Wow, I can't believe it's so easy to get SS down there. My younger sister gets it. She had to apply twice, I guess the first time anyone applies, it's almost automaticly denied, so maybe if I keep trying... I'll have to look into finding an advocate like you got. Hi! Thank you for responding. 🙂 I gave up trying to find any info on assembling that big aluminum trans from my video. I had to buy a WPL plastic 2-speed. I doubt he will last very long in my machine. But, I can at least have it on hand to drive with until I figure out something else. I don`t do crawling. I live in the city. There is nothing but miles of concrete and asphalt. I like the look of the original car crushing monster trucks. I guess that`s where I am going. I`m gonna put on a mini show for my neighbors in my apt building. A tug-o-war, maybe. my big truck vs some other smaller trucks that I have. Everybody loves these trucks that I drag around. We are all a bunch of senior citizens. These little 370 motors are not gonna do much with a rig this big. I guess I need to be shopping in the 550 dept. More stuff to figure out. I`ve got waaay too much money in this truck to switch to another one. Building is most of the fun. My longer suspension rods should be here Wednesday. That will get me a bit further. I`m having trouble with this WPL RES-3 remote that I just bought, so, I sent off for another one hhhhhh! It`s not working in my drift Challenger unfortunately. I`m gonna test it some more and prolly inquire about WPLs return/guarantee policy. I already sent an email to WPL about it. I`m also gonna have to come up with another idea for a cool body lift. I had made one already, but it doesn`t fit any more since I stretched the frame. 😀

Bro! I already melted that brand new motor. The second one! Both were Surpass hobby 2430 7200 kv. I keep trying to run them with this huge 11 volt battery that I have. I guess maybe the 9200 kv could handle this power? My friend told me to quit using Surpass and go to Hobbywing.

I was wrong. It was $24. But still a good price. I ran out of money before I got any fancy electronics that I'll need someday because I think I will eventually install 4 wheel steering and that would need to go where a winch plugs in(I thinks 🤔). Ya dual motors. A guy tested one on RUclips with a 11.1 volt battery and he could not stop it by holding the hook. He could stop it with the 7.4 v. But, not the 11.1 v.

If you're gonna have 4-wheelsteering and the winch, maybe all you need is 3 or 4 channel radio gear? I think the 6 channel Dumbo system could manage everything. Lights, motor, 2 steering servos, gear selection and a winch? But, I'm dying to keep the WPL engine starting and reving sounds. I love it and so do all of the people that had seen it on my one before he got stolen. Me and my neighbors are just a bunch of old people. Even the old women love it. I've seen videos where people just glue a wireless winch control right to the remote and I'll splice into the lights or something for power. 11.1 volts is gonna be on board muahahaha. @@galkawarrior First one that I ever opened. I'm still messing around with this stupid thing trying to get him to spin the other direction without taking every single bolt out of it. I do like the adjustable pinion angle, so far.

@@mrkemblegilstrap Mr. Kem, is one axle spinning the opposite way than the other or are you trying to make both axles spin a certain direction? Both axles' differential should be installed identically so they'd spin the same way when installed in the truck. Open both and see if one is flipped 180*. If you're trying to make them spin a different direction, either make your motor spin a different direction or flip the differentials 180*.

Why, Thank you TG71! 🙂👍I bought these wheels about 3 months ago, and still haven't gotten all of the rest of my idea or parts together. My ideas far exceed my wallet, lol. I kept changing my plan, too, as I found more outrageous parts to do it with. I buy the wrong stuff. I blow up stuff. Every little problem is compounded by the crap having to walk here from China. I wasted like 4 months with Aliexpress losing my portal axles, getting a refund, saving up more money because I changed the plan and then reordering my latest design. So, I don't expect any warranty or refund. I'm hoping that maybe they just sent the wrong accessories. Maybe, these 14 mm hubs go with their 93 mm tires or something. The 17 mm that these 183 mm hubs are is a pretty popular size. I've got several different styles of 17 mm adaptors in stock already. I lost parts out of my metal 1 speed tranny. I broke a bearing off in the all metal 2 speed tranny that I was trying to figure out. I melted my RES-3 remote and burned up my generic Dremel tool. What a crazy 2 days that was, lol.

Hi! I was looking through your videos to see if you mess with the DumboRC Transmiitter/recievers? I have a fellow in my WPL RC official club on Facebook and he is having trouble with his KYRC 40A ESC, DumboRC TRansmitter, X6DC receiver, 370 brushed motor and 2S LI-ON battery 7.4 volt 1200 mAh. The thing lights up like a Christmas tree with green and blue lights. His Steering servo seems to work. He says that he has watched a bunch of videos with none helping yet. Are these parts even compatible? People are saying that he should new parts. Plus, I was trying to post a Thank you, to you and a link to your RUclips channel on that same WPL RC Official Facebook fan page. I just noticed the 4556 at the end of your name. Is that necessary for a shout out recommendation? Ty.

@mrkemblegilstrap I think I used one of the Kyrc esc's once if I remember correctly. It was "hot garbage" to quote our American brethren. It wouldn't run the 550 12T it was stated as being used for. I think I still have it somewhere? If steering is working but no motion, it's either transmitter throttle switch, motors gone south, or the esc has fried. In my experience, it always seems to be the esc. But you never know. The numbers at the end of the address were just arbitrarily added by youtube. I think if you search for The Miniature Construction Company, I appear, but a clickable link in the description is a good option. 👍

@@ToyotaGuy1971 Oh pretty good, thank you for asking. I finally learned how to use the soldering iron to solder and not burn off my fingerprints, lol! A friend called up and asked a favor. He wanted me to look at a USB thumb drive that he had broken in several pieces, that had important stuff like resumes and stuff on it. I thought that sounded exciting. Shows how dull my life is, lol! He brought all the pieces, and it was mangled and tore up. I took it the rest of the way apart soldered all the broken PCB connections back on and casually reassembled the thing, popped in in my PC and Bada Bing was able to copy all of its contents onto a new drive. I have been a mechanic my whole life and build my own high-end PCs but was never able to solder electrical. The funny thing is that I was a plumber for 20 years and had soldered over a thousand copper fittings, but never able to figure out electrical. I watched 20 videos about it and finally got it. My soldering iron used to laugh at me because he knew that I was afraid of him! No more! I`ve been having fun with my hare-brained ideas on this new C24 build. I think the goal I`m shooting for is in the "That`s ridiculous" category lol! How about yourself? You haven`t posted a video in quite a while? Ah, you probably have an actual life with family and stuff.

@@mrkemblegilstrap I'm doing pretty well, thanks. Cool, glad you're getting good with the electric soldering, I like challenges of putting things back together and getting them working again, too. I worked on cars a lot in my younger days but my jobs have been mostly in electronics assembly and testing. I'e assisted technicians, but I'm not a tech myself unnfortunately. I had to stop working back in 2009 at the age of 38, because I'v suffered from complex PTSD and my employer was blackmailing me into working overtime, a clear violation of employee rights. Then they started harrassing me about not wanting to work overtime, trying to make me feel like I was the bad one, because I wouldn't just let them blackmail me, and unemployment wouldn't back me up, so I had to quit before they pushed me too far. I've tried to get social securty/disability, but lawyers suck and no one wants to represent me. They only want cases that are easy to prove so they can get their $ and get out quick. So I'm single, no kids, no job, no car, completely dependant on family and friends. It can be stressful and depressing, but I get by pretty well. I have good medicine that helps with my anxiety and depression, and I get some food stamps (snap) so I've got everything I need - except a woman. lol Maybe there aren't any good ones left? Well I look forward to seeing more of the build. 😎👍

Well, almost. The C24 kit just left customs in NJ. It has an ETA of April 2. The dam first thing that I ordered is the last dam thing that shows up hhhhhhhhh! That box sitting there is from the red truck. I'm dying to start experimenting on Red. I've got all these things calling me, lol! And, I'm still waiting on 2 pairs of portal axles. Which are looking very puny compared to those big tires. I've got my eye on some even bigger portals. I went crazy buying these monster tires. Now, I'm doubting my 2430s motors ability to even turn them. Do they make a Nitrous kit for my project 😁

Thank you, my friend. This phase is 99% completed. My neighbors are really liking it as they have never seen anything like it. I`m gonna try to get into a tug of war and race contest with an 8-year-old kid, tomorrow. He has the R/C that can raise up and down and go exactly sideways. It is pretty wild. I have a big wide driveway and ive drawn out tracks on it with sidewalk chalk, but haven't had the opportunity to have a race with 2 or 3 other guys on it yet. Maybe next spring? I've always wanted to do that since I was about 10 yrs. old. I guess we're just young at heart.
