Those decals look amazing! Nice job with everything else too Andy. Looks like mud inside that engine!!😮
Thanks mate I'm so glad I did that Bearing And found all that sludge In the engine. And my wife does a cracking job of copying Things for me on the Computer.

That's great Andy that your missus can reproduce the decals, might be a good side line there! Hope your cold is better. That oil screen was nasty, you definately saved the engine's life cleaning everything out. Yeah I cleaned mine last week, thanks for the shout out much appreciated. All the best, Darren.

Sure that's a 69? Quick release handlebar didn't come out til 70..

Those valves might need adjustment. Back fires a lot during deceleration.

Hi Andy, I have just picked up an early 80s xl125 project but I’m missing the seat, do you have one in your parts collection? Rough or tidy, also missing both side panels too.

@@mikeonabike4791 I'm sorry I don't There are some reproduction side panels on ebay at the moment. Parts are very difficult to find but R out there. Will all have the problem finding parts.for xl's good luck with it m8.

I've got a Honda xl125s that its signals don't work what so ever no solid light or flashing just not turning on the only light that works on the bike is the rear brake light. yes i am young for a motorcycle but pls could you try and tell me how to fix it EDIT i also am missing the side cover thing so that you dont burn your self on the exhaust do you know where i could get that
The headlight circuit is separate from the other lights , it runs from its own coil. The regular rectifier you changed is for battery charging circuit. I'd say its cheap bulbs

That switch block must've driven you mad Andy. As a guess I'd say the yellow & blue wires are for the headlight 🙂

Some good scores from the auto jumble there Andy, 6/12v charger will come in handy. I hate electrics...Almost as much as painting..

Coming on great Andy, you are getting through the problems. I like what you have done with the rear light. They seem to hard to get for all of these little Hondas, and as you say, when they do come up, you need deep pockets. Look forward to your next video

That's a good trick to know to unsieze the gear selector drum! The bike is fighting you Andy but you're getting there!
@@Free_Ranger_CT110 That's the thing with these bikes.After that , being sitting , such a long time The selector drum Has A tendency to stick They're Not like most gearboxes that sit in oil. I'm getting there now still got the electric to do 🤔 And tyres m8 and what Ever else I can find m8.

Andy, magic box of bits! That big rubber ring goes under the speedo I think. You won't be long in getting that wee bike on it's feet! Look forward to seeing it come along

Good one Andy, you'd have been well happy with that box. Lots of hard to get & expensive bits in there. A few quids worth if you add it all up, should make for a cracking little bike!

See triton have got one of these exact same bike but has triton sticker on it .wonder if they just bought up old stock .
@@Crosshatch1212 I m8 I think the st that triton doing are the Chinese Copy of the ST50. And ST70. The ST90. Has bigger wheels which Having spoke wheels on them And. Different airbox and exhaust m8
