Id say no, idc what kind of officer they are. I learned the first time and got my words twisted up. I plead the 4th and the 5th amendment. They have to have reasonable suspicion and probable cause.

Attorney appointed for the child to be the child's voice she means casa which is part of DCs and Court. They work exactly the same and right alongside DCs.
Hi. It's great what you are doing. My son is 16 a d on the spectrum. We live in Ohio. What would you suggest us as parents to do to help our children on the spectrum ??
Thank you! I would recommend connecting to one of our affiliates in Ohio. autismsociety.org/contact-us/#affiliate-list. We would recommend looking into Ohio's medicaid program and having your son evaluated to see if he qualifies for services including speech, occupational and physical therapy and other services that may be available. Our training on Safety and Transition may be applicable to you as well. It is virtual. You are welcome to join any of our virtual events. Seeking a supportive network is key.
