Farcry 5 - Moment I Came Across
Просмотров 174 месяца назад
Wondering the Holland Valley I came across two Edens Gate members baptizing a sinner. Not an unusual occurrence, but this one hit differently. The sinner didn't look outright forced for a change, and the two PEGGYs weren't being as cruel as you see them usually being.. I was particularly taken by the woman singing. You hear them singing along to the songs in their outposts but I don't think I'v...

Andrew Ryan Impression - Opening Monologue

Always thought I killed it as Andrew Ryan after years of playing the game lol. Performed this in the car at night, good acoustics and had the radio right there to provide the music, seemed right. :) Wont lie, trimmed the timing in the pip camera to match up, not going to claim I match the monologue timing or anything, it's more just there as a visual aid. Don't be a parasite, enjoy the video!

I actually forgot how good we are at doing let's plays together. I'm genuinely entertained 😁
I laughed just from watching you not laugh for the entire video.
stone-faced half-dude
Cool midi
Excellent performance! I never knew that you had such impressive voice talent. The fact that you can play multiple different voices is truly remarkable! You should look into professional voice acting.
That's very nice of you to say, always sucks though that I can never do as good a performance when recording then if it was done impromptu.
Hell ya, I'm so pumped for Part 2! And it's wild that you mention it, but I do remember Brittany and your party. Man, what a crazy throwback.
Thanks for playing guys. Such a wholesome playthrough. We don't have a Patreon or any other way to donate. It's all free :) Can't wait for you to play Episode 3!
Hello, seen on your channel you have a Ricardo Lopez play list. On the last tape I heard songs Queen - crazy little thing called love Pure prairie league - Amie Allman brothers band - Ramblin man Elton John - Crocodile Rock Eagles - Life In The Fast Lane ELP - Lucky Man
do you listen to my playlist? :)

@11:51 "I will kill that guy though... because... I'm not consistent" XD
It's a real shame that neither the Bermuda nor the Atlantis special got a soundtrack release. They both have great background music.
I completely agree.
I came here from Furaffinty and have to say that your artwork is truly amazing. Also, the dog in the the back seats is having a wonderful time while you're driving!
RIP Mr Crenna; you were an underrated but awesome host.
It would be nice if we get quake 5 so we can continue kane's story, good video by the way.
I completely agree!
Glad to see a return of this series. You make great narrations. 5:08 - Sounds an awful lot like the Enclave. I can tell that this game has borrowed a lot from Fallout. I guess that is kind of the point in a way. Rust is a sort of action FPS (ID style) twist on the post apocalyptic trope. 8:50 - Lol! I like how you politely thanked the giant mutant for shutting up while you where trying to talk. You may be killing him in a moment, but at least you are polite. 13:10 - The Earth must have been hit by many small asteroids. Once the asteroid hit the moon it probably broke apart into many pieces that then peppered the earth in asteroids all over the place. Some bigger than others. Pieces of the moon must have hit Earth too. Like you said earlier, probably how Earth survived even if it was still an apocalypse. 18:18 - Classic ID software move. Make a cool monster because it's cool. Does it have context in the narrative? Nah, you figure it out. 19:30 - Right. John Carmack has been recorded saying as much. Have you seen the interview he had with Joe Rogan? Pretty much what John Carmack has always been, and still is, excited about is pushing technology forward. His interest in game creation was never in telling stories or even the experience itself. He just keeps trying to create something new in world of tech and programming. 22:38 - Agreed. Good choice. 27:27 - Well I'd like the guacamole at least! 34:24 - What is an abandoned space exploration without a mall. Ties in neatly with your Condemned video. 38:05 - You know you're a gamer when you see rays of light coming out of the clouds and say "Nice God rays" and then everyone is like "Wat?" 44:19 - BOOM HEADSHOT 45:08 - Interesting. This game being as old as it is now, I wonder if this technique is used today. Textures wouldn't have to be as compressed as they were back in those days and the idea of having unique textures for every location in the entire game sounds great. Definitely adds to realism 49:40 - Oh I'm quite sure consoles had something to do with it. This came out in the bad old days of games being fucked around with so that they could run on consoles. So many games back then had the stinky console touch. After years of PC only games to set a standard as PC gamer and then forced to have games dicked with to work for the consoles is why I remember it as the bad old days. 53:00 - I shot, I missed. I shot again, I missed. I shot again, I missed. I got tired. Took a nap. Had a popsicle. I shot again, I missed. 1:05:50 - B'ok! Thanks for the let's play man. A general comment I'd say is that Rage looks like a bad ass action FPS. The weapon sounds are so satisfying. At least the shotgun and the rocket launcher. And the dynamic animations for reacting to shot placements still looks new today. I suppose I'll have to play this game at some point. Maybe with you!
Hey thanks for the Half-dude style timestamped comment dude, glad to see you enjoyed the video! -Jesus, I didn't even really realize it until you pointed it out lol that is pretty blatant. There is some distinction though that I didn't cover, I suck at details when I'm recalling it out-loud which I hate. But rather than it being a contingency for the US government, this group acted independent, lead by General Cross. He and the soldiers loyal to him actually took over a 'super ARK' that was actually designed for the president and members of the government and took it for themselves kicking everyone else out. - LOL I owe him that much I guess. - The giant mutant has some context but not in the game. Dark Horse made a comic the same time as the game which went into the backstory. The mutant was actually the creation of the guy at the end Dr. Kvasir when he and another key member of the resistance, Elizabeth Cadence, you meet later in the game when they were being held in the Dead City to run mutant experiments for the authority. In the comic Kvasir actually tames the giant mutant to be friendly towards him and sets it loose on the authority. This allows him and Elizabeth to escape out into the wasteland. So in a way he's kind of a good guy.. in the comic anyway. readcomiconline.li/Comic/Rage/Issue-1?id=83530 - I would expect no other way of thinking from benevolent hyper intelligent architect of the post singularity simulation we all live in, John Carmack. :) - I like the no-hud ultra immersion thing with this game. It's lack of story makes it feel more like a real-life simulation. You're just this guy waking up totally out of his own time and growing a new life and reputation for himself in this new weird future world! - Gotta have a mall, just needs some holiday music. - LOL! - I opened his jar of chunky salsa! - I think the failed launch of RAGE and inherent problems with this engine kinda killed it. Apparently it runs really bad on AMD cards not sure if they fixed that or not. They used it in a Wolfenstein the new order and old blood though! I saw a video showing some level designers using this engine it was cool. It was a 3D representation kinda like HL editor and they could basically choose flares for the level like different tufts of grass or stencils of cracks, debris, papers and stuff and just pop it onto the main mega-texture. The main failing with this engine is it kills modding. You're free to play it some when you come over if you want. : 3
This the dude who drew the cars from blt 💀

This is such a good but grim song. The lyrics and tone are something I equate to so many close calls in my life where even though I made it out alive those experiences shook me to my core.
I think it's a positive song. Basically Cody's song to Christie. Relenting about his poor choices and attitude in the past but saying that he'll do right by her and protect her. A song about redemption.
I agree with what you said about this song being positive especially when you mentioned the part about redemption. However, the part where he says "I see the strange arrival from a thousand miles away" gives me chills and serves as a warning that trouble is coming and it will be a challenge to overcome.
This acount is old asf what?!
dude. i just casually saw this when i was a kid. fastforward 15 years later, this video rocks!
Aww thank you!
It is a fascinating fact that you mention the computer game Riven at video point 31:33 that is the sequel to the game Myst. And this game Riven and the precursor game Myst are also very beautiful ones, exactly as The Crystal Key. But did you know that the Suralon Theme Soundtrack is even appearing in the end of the game Riven? When you see the dark sky at the good end of the game Riven, you hear exactly the same melody sequence as in the Sunken City of the game The Crystal Key: ruclips.net/video/-0rr6hA3X_A/видео.html In the good ending theres is shown how the games falls into the dark sky and then you exactly hear the Suralon Theme melody sequence. It is really that way. And also in this video clip with the title "Henry in the night" we hear this Suralon theme: ruclips.net/video/cIANO7QT5vg/видео.html That video is a video record of Robert Hirschboeck that was created in honor of the computer game "The Seventh Guest" that is a scary but also wonderful game. This theme soundtrack does appear in even more RUclips productions and computer games than I thought.
I have to confess that I did not know this converted and modified version of the Suralon Theme for the underwater part of the Sunken City, shown at the end of this video clip from video point 22:26 on when you see this Cardan Suspension Globe Gimbal. Until now I always thought you hear in the unterwater part of the Sunken City Suralon exactly the same music as in the upper part on top of the skyscraper roof. Because in this walkthrough video you hear in this part unter the water exactly the same soundtrack as above: ruclips.net/video/rDk1wEGfNSM/видео.html In the complete Suralon zone of that game version you hear the same soundtrack everywhere.
interesting catch! Not sure, maybe thats an unused track in the game folders.
@@zesty2023This is fascinating and very interesting to hear this answer from you. But now I sincerely ask you a favor. Where do you have this modified Suralon Theme Soundtrack for the under part of the Sunken City? Where did you get this soundtrack? Where did it first appear? How could you record this soundtrack that seems to be pretty rare? Does this soundtrack start in your game version of The Crystal Key as soon as you enter the ninth floor with the elevator? Or does it start when you passed the glass tube in the ninth floor? Where exactly in your game version does this soundtrack start? Please tell me everything! And please do also listen to the original soundtracks of the computer game "Physikus" because there is a special further soundtrack in common with the soundtracks of The Crystal Key. In fact that light and celestial sounding soundtrack of the desert and the stalactite caves in The Crystal Key is concordant with the soundtrack of the upper floor of the blacksmith in Phyiskus where this blacksmith oven funnel with the 2kg weight pieces is shown. It is really the same soundtrack indeed. And exactly this soundtrack you hear also in the game Riddle of the Sphinx II - The Omega Stone at many positions of the game. But most of all I wish you to answer me where exactly did you have the opportunity to record this rare modified Suralon soundtrack for the under part of the Sunken City, this so wonderfully mysterious sounding soundtrack we hear in this video from 22:26 on, this soundtrack I described in this message so accurately. Please answer me that question! I really want to know it! Yours faithfully and sincerely, Lion Fiedler also called Emil Jann Brahmeyer
Think of this: the squatters living there had this music playing in the background 24/7 for FOURTEEN YEARS.
Lol! No wonder they're nuts. That or else they're purposely running it. Surely they could have smashed the pa equipment if they didn't want to hear it
It is a wonderful and beautiful original soundtrack video! The Desert Plateau Theme and the Secret Caves Theme correspond to the Forge Upper Floor Theme from the computer game Physikus. In following soundtrack video clip you can hear it: ruclips.net/video/1iZeAMwMBIE/видео.html Please listen carefully to that soundtrack you can hear in that video after one minute and 36 Seconds video time of this Physikus soundtrack video.

I remember my dad had this game, I tried to play it but didn't get past the first level. I was bored and wanted to try it again after running through all the Myst games, ended up running it on a virtual machine with Windows 2000, after the first world, I got really frustrated with the way movement is handled and gave up. Now I watch you. Also, I ran the binary in the intro through a translator and got junk like "Zenlo" with some random characters, and changing the method also resulted in "?vf?

My grandpa was one of the most mild tempered people I have ever known in my life. The only time I have ever seen him loose his cool was when he was half way up an oak tree and his eager beaver quit running on him for the very last time… I watched him chuck it right out of the tree on to the concrete driveway and it smashed into about 50 pieces lol
lol wow. Yeah they're definitely a bitch to get started sometime, especially mine.
