@@HowToBeAStrongBlackman no sneak at all. Yes I’ve heard the same arguments made by Bill Maher as well as Zeitgeist, and I invite you to do your own research as to whether or not they are true. You’ll find that they aren’t. Jesus was not mythological, and we know this because he is the most historically documented person ever, by sources outside of scripture. To deny that he lived as a real man is to deny that every other person in your history book existed as well, if you want to be intellectually honest. Furthermore, his coming was detailed in the Old Testament before the pagan religions you mentioned twisted prophecy to hide the truth. Contrarily, the book you follow was written by two Jesuit handlers of the “prophet“ Muhammad in an effort to gain control over the Middle East. It’s the same old agenda, same old tricks. The war of good and evil has been waging since creation, and we need to discernment to see through Satan’s tired game. So as I said, any form of discipline is terrific for young men, such as these. But there’s a better option for those with eyes to see and ears to hear.

@HowToBeAStrongBlackman Great job! I have had good luck eating fish ,vegetables and fruit .Also 16- 8 occasional intermittent fasting . Start like 7 at night and go to 11 morning .That way can sleep for 8 hours of it or more.
