Take it from an HVAC installer. Used to do service as well. The biggest homeowner scam is vent cleaning and house siding cleaning, you can also add glass on there as windows are also exposed to the outside world and get dirty. Easy to clean yourself if it's really bad. Otherwise it's a waste of money. Just change your filter every three months. The Job of the filter is to prevent major dust particles to blow around your house. If you do see dust coming out of your vents it's because your filter is clogged. Just change your filter. Also pay a value pack because again you should be changing and or cleaning air filters every three months. Even on your computers and gaming consoles. Anything that moves air should have a filter and it should be cleaned every three months. With the exception of condensers. A quick hose off twice a year will do the job if it has a radiator. This ain't rocket science. Same with your fridge. Clean those fans out in the back. Maintain the shit you buy. Clean your dryer vents twice a year. Take both laundry machines apart and clean them to keep them working year round for years to come. Drain your water heater annually. Treat your shit with respect. It aint hard.

My dog back in the day tore up a piece of my carpet in my apartment when he was a puppy, I was worried that I wouldn’t get my security deposit back but I call them & they spot repaired my carpet & the apartment management never even noticed because it looked as if nothing ever happened.
