The instrument cluster looks great, but in use you can't see the speedo or the tach because the steering wheel is in the way. And after all that, you couldn't get the wipers to lay down at the bottom of the windshield....

How much did the original car plus the restoration cost? Can you break it down into the different restoration parts, ie motor and drive train, suspension parts, body and paint, interior etc?

The '64 was one of Fords best designs. Great job but we've all got our preferences. Would rather see the car with a stock hood.

I had two 64 Galaxie 500 XLs back in the day. I hope that you didn't spend all that money for it to be a trailer queen. These cars are made to be driven and enjoyed. I didn't spend as much money as you did but I did have the two that I owned on the road and I enjoyed them every time I stepped into them. They were true hot rods of the day. If you don't drive it enough to wear out a set of tires at least once then you haven't done anything for yourselves except spend a lot of money to make something pretty. You only have this life to live so enjoy what you have while you have it.

Ohhhh..... I had one years ago. I paid $500.00 for! How I wish I still had it! Most of all the 78 cars I've had.... Wish I had them all. This car you did is Awesome...Beautiful. Thanks for sharing!!!!

Omg, my all time favourite car, the 57 Chev!!! Work of art this car right here, beautiful, stunning reminds of Christine,,, sort of. The only issue i have with it, its bloody left hook!!! All that build time and you left the steering wheel on the wrong side. Apart from that, 2 thumbs up!!
