7.3 powerstroke 4 inch straight pipe, ts chip, rsk kit with u code springs, Napa air filter, ebpv delete and that’s about it
i like the tail a lot but the front looks so vacant. it'd get an E&G classics Cadillac-style waterfall grille asap and i think that'd make a world of difference.
My first bike purchased from Orient Express on Long Island
Mt grandma had a 95 ford Taurus that was Indigo blue. The thing was ugly but it ran forever
nice truck
BRIAN WILSON Had one1 just Like it IT would fly He said It would run 180.mp that,s Frickin Flying u. Go B, BRIAN WILSON!!!!!!!!!!!!
I like it I want one
Nice car man, play the song My eyes adored you by Frankie Valli.
Very nice truck!
How do I buy this. That was my first motorcycle. I ever had on the road. Had to sell it because of we just had two babies. I would like to get it back but of course the guy I sold it to never called me back
How much you asking for it.
My 94.xlt has cloth bucket seats
I’m going to get stage 1s here soon. Just worried it’s going to destroy my e4OD
Do you still have it, I used to have one years ago, it looked exactly like this...I live in Kansas City Missouri
Still for sale?
Hello and greetings from Finland Lapland. Katana was very popular in Finland. I have GSX1100S 1982. ruclips.net/video/dusbC1DzJjM/видео.html
Carbs are way off.
I still have my 1983 Katana & still love it.
Nice my mom and dad bought one brand new back in the day
Put the TS 6 position tuner. Really wakes up
I bought the same bike brand new in 83' at a Cost Mesa, CA Bike store, had the Black 4 into 1 Kerker, and a few other Xtras. Miss the bike, was a Great ride.
Wow that’s badass. Yeah they are pretty cool bikes
Very nice car 👌even less common in England
Thanks man
Do u still have it
No it sold
Where did you get those headlights, could you send me the link
I would if I could but I bought them almost 4 years ago and can’t find the receipt. I think buying the cheapest headlights you can find on eBay is the best way to go.
How are your stage 1 injectors doing after 6 months of use? I’m really just seeing your build and slowly adding upgrades. Thanks man
They are great. No problems with them at all. Thanks for watching

Beautiful Bike... This was my very first Street Bike that I bought in 1983...I was 21 yrs old and bought mine at a Store in Lomita California...Cycle somthing lol. I loved my bike...but had to sell it later on bc my gf dad would not let her ride on it. I sold it to my brother hoping to buy it back from him...but he sold it in the 1990's. If and when I win the lotto...I will buy this bike again!
Wow that’s a really cool story. Thanks for sharing. I hope you will be able to find another one.
Technically, this was the new SS.
Yeah pretty much. the last year for the ss chevelle was 1973. Thanks for watching
Exactly it's not a laguna because the front bumper isn't that of a laguna unless it was changed.
In the mid 80's I had a 74 with the 454 auto.I put a Posi rear end in it but if I remember it was a 2.73 ratio. The previous owner put a Holley 650 on it.Mine also had the gauges but the Amp meter didnt work.I really liked it.I was quick for the cars of the era.I think at best 10mpg. I worked at a gas station back then and the owner had one with the 454 but that one was a 4 speed.
Wow the 454 with a 4 speed is super rare. From what I understand they only made 21 of those in 1974. This car also came with a 2.73 rear gear which I swapped out. Thanks for the cool story.
My all time dream bike
Not a nimrod , Not a spastic Clean vehicle! Next.
These cars are beautiful, and this is a great example of appreciating the finer things in life.
Yes they are beautiful. I’m glad you enjoyed the video. Thanks for watching
You can use a starter from 1994-1999, specify a DENSO. Probably what you got. What tuner switch did you use?
TS 6 position chip. From what I understand you can use any starter from 94 to 2003 as long as it’s for a 7.3
@@oldjunkerdiesels7988 Do you plan to dyno yours? I don't have access to one.
@@SamofCR I don’t plan on putting it on a dyno. I’m satisfied with how it runs so I’m not really concerned with how much power it makes.
Классная машинка
thanks brother
Классный Трачек. Моторчик красиво работает
thanks man
Thats a bad ass truck man congrats
Very nice, you got it right. I was 18 years old in '74 and saw a couple of these around but didn't really know anything about them or saw one up close. It's tastefuly done, you kept it true to it's original design even with the 4spd. It'd be really cool to have one with the automatic in it too. Yeah, I'm sure it is fun to drive! She's a sweet Jersey girl! 👍💕 😉
thanks man! I didn’t know anything about them either until I found this one.
I like to find me a truck like this model is very strong looking vehicle
They’re out there. If you look hard enough you be able to find one for a reasonable price
Gorgeous truck man congrats love this model
Thanks brother
Im 52 and I think Ive seen maybe 3 of these S3 Laguna's my whole life.
Is it so rare car?
@@Keiji1978 I dont know how rare they are but Im sure there's not many left
@@richardbutton1179 I want 71 Dodge Coronet 4 door but that doesn’t seem to be left too

My favorite years 95 96 97 ford trucks
Got an o1 f2shity 7.tree 680k all original worked everyday of its life in construction in Michigan. Still stroking and purrs like a kitten 13 letter shitspreader....international Best diesel ever made
Wow that’s impressive. Sounds like a keeper. Thanks for watching
My 97 is pretty much like yours It's red though. Has almost 270,000 miles. I just went through the suspension. Mine has the Dana 50 TTB. I put new ball joints. Shocks, u joints, tie rods, a new redhead steering gear box, poly bushing in the springs, drilled slotted rotors, brakes, wheel bearing and seals. Probably more I forgot. Mine has the 40/20)40 seat. Has cloth on them. I actually do furniture reupholstering for a living. Would like to do them in a knitted vinyl. ( Phifertex ) Has to be backed up with Sew poly. Seams placed about 2" apart. Giving it a ribbed look. Then matching plain vinyl. For the bands. My seat still looks pretty good. Too good just yet. Big job. Even when your use to doing it. Sure are wonderful trucks. 😃
Hey man. Thanks for watching. How do you like the redhead steering box? I’ve heard good things about them. I like your idea with the seat. I had a 40/20/40 seat in another truck that I had covered in leather and it looked nice. Good luck with your project
@@oldjunkerdiesels7988 I would highly recommend the redhead. After all the new suspension parts I put on my truck. I took it to the alignment shop. They said there was too much play in the gearbox to keep it from wandering. The adjustment builtin to them is only good for so much. Mine was well pass it. So, like you. I heard good things about redhead. I have had such awful luck with anything " rebuilt" I thought maybe I would get what I pay for with it. They are a goodly amount more that others. I was very pleased. Not only did it correct the wandering. But the effort it takes to turn the steering wheel ( like in a parking lot) is substantially less! I never could put my finger in the wheel and spin it. As a matter of fact it really took both hands. I always just though that diesel is so heavy. But, now it's very easy to turn. I didn't expect that. Very pleased. It's easy to change out. Except for the pitman arm. I had to fight mine. Ended up breaking the case. Trashing my core. I have a massive home built shop press. If I had it do do over. I would take the top off ( that part with the adjustment screw ) then it would under the press ram. Still might have broken the case. But it would have turned a 6 hour job into a 10 minute one. And Yes I had a puller. Just not enough. Heating and pounding for hours. If you tackle it. Be prepared for a fight. Unless you have some good tools. Take care!
Sick truck bro
Thanks bro!
you're still full of shit
don't believe anything you said.... truck's never been worked on
Okay sounds good. Thanks for watching
For suspension did you put a level kit on it before putting on the 5100s. I have a 97 7.3 with blown out shocks and front end sag and I’m looking to put in the same 5100s as well as fix the front end sag. Everything suspension wise is bone stock and I’m trying not to have much of a lift. Love the way yours sits.
I put the reverse shackle kit and 5100 shocks on at the same time so I don’t know what kind of difference the shocks make on their own. The shocks are expensive but I talked to the owner of the company that made the rsk and he recommended them. If you have a f350 the 2.25” rsk lift will make your truck level
beautiful truck!
what was rate of difficulty on the reverse shackle kit< and how long did it take you ? thanks!
It’s a straightforward job that’s not that difficult to do. It can definitely be installed in one day.
@@oldjunkerdiesels7988 thanks, looking forward to doing this. nice truck by the way!
Thanks man. If you buy the pmf reverse shakle kit make sure you get the adjustable length track bar and longer shocks and two m18 bolts for the front leaf spring bolts.
Awesome tip on the starter! I’m considering even going to a 6.7 starter with an ‘02 nose cone.
Thanks for watching. I didn’t know you could use a 6.7 starter. Sounds like a great idea. Good luck with that
@@oldjunkerdiesels7988 I’ve heard it works wonders on the superduty and I can only imagine it would make the OBS even better! Nice pickup by the way!
