Where can I get more discs? I just got mine today and it came with a two pack disc but I’m wondering where can I get Jupiter,Saturn,Mars,and the northern lights? Is it compatible with another projector or sold separately? Please let me know it would be a huge help ❤

Hi, I bought the Fantasy 3 HDMI 2.1 for my 75" TV. The male USB C port connecting the lights to the hub burnt out and I was sent a replacement set. However, the same issue is happening again! I even got burnt when I unplugged the USB port and felt it. It was super hot. Why is this happening and will it be fixed?

Hello tout le monde, est ce que quelqu’un a testé ce dispositif avec un décodeur canal plus ? Je suis assez déçue car lors de l’utilisation via l’application (bande led pilotée depuis mon smartphone) le mode démo est très concluant : lumière très réactive et couleurs magnifiques en revanche lorsque je passe avec le décodeur canal plus je n’ai presque plus de luminosité de la bande de led et même avec des programmes très colorés. Quelqu’un pourrait m’aider ? ( mon produit est un Lytmi fantasy 3)

Hello just purchased but what’s the work around since don’t have an external hdmi /cable box. Cut the cord and just stream all my apps. Is there a work around here or need to return the product? I have a Samsung frame tv and it’s several inches off the wall. the one connect box has seevral hdmi ports but dont have a cable box. hoping to still use with the sync feature.

Lytmi Fantasy 3 TV Backlight Kit - HDMI 2.1 - Pro (VRR+ALLM) with LG C2 55" + LG Sounbar connected directly to my TV. my PS5 works with Lytmi Fantasy 3 fine and correct, but doesnt work correctly with my PC (with NVidia 3060 videocard). The screen goes black and comes back every 2-3 seconds. Tried another HDMI cable, changed HDMI port in NEO BOX 3 PRO, but nothing have happend. Only sometimes the screen goes black and comes back not so often. Can someone help with this prolem?

Every time I turn on the Fire Stick TV it starts crashing every 8 to 10 seconds, the screen goes black and comes back as if it restarted. It's very annoying, I have already restarted the Fire Stick TV, I have also restarted the Sync Box, I even tried different Fire TV Sticks (I have 3 at home) and they all fail the same. I have connected the Sync Box to different HDMI ports (all the 4 ports on my TV are HDMI 2.1), I tried using different HDMI 2.1 cables (the original cable that was included in the package, the original PS5 cable, the original Xbox Series X cable and two UGreen HDMI 2.1 cables). It's really disappointing.

I am one step away from purchasing your product, but I have a question. My TV has one HDMI 2.1 input, I use it for PlayStation 5. So I understand that now I connect the Lytmi box via an HDMI cable to the 2.1 port on the TV and I connect the console to the Lytmi box. And will PlayStation work and transmit the signal correctly, i.e. will it receive 120hz 4k and vrr normally? Will the "Game Mode" option on the TV still run with the saved image settings?

Does it require an external media box with HDMI connection to get the video mode effect or it does work with the tv itself and tv’s built in apps like Netflix??
