Interesting 😊
I enjoyed the podcast. Have you all considered having workshops for principals and assistant principals? As a retired teacher, I feel like in this day and age we need positive and motivating leaders in our school systems. Principals can make or break a building full of teachers who are wanting and willing to create a positive environment for students. Teachers need positive reinforcement from principals and they need this on a daily basis. Teachers are working "in the trenches" and having uplifting and positive principals to support us can make all the difference! Intentional Leadership should be a daily lifestyle for those in the field of education. I look forward to your thoughts and insights regarding out current education system.
Great episode!
Thank you, Stephanie! We always love getting your feedback. Hope to see you at an event in Tulsa soon!
Me too, Luke! Headphones in on an airplane to avoid small talk. :) Everyone is different and it takes all personality types to get stuff done!

My biggest takeaway was when Luke said "facing challenges smarter by including more people" & Manage our expectations. Thank you PPG!
Grit, Grace & Gratitude!
I think today's leaders need to master empathy and clarity. Employees are human beings, not machines or numbers.
Bravo Chris. That was an excellent approach on Leadership and very thought provoking! Before you can succeed, you have got to find your why, your drive.
People don't want to go to work because American society has become evil.
Thank you Luke and Hannah! This is something I completely felt in the beginning of my Marketing career. It's great to know I'm not alone in this. Thank you for sharing these tools!
It's funny to me how you can hear something and realize not only that it's right but that it's obviously right, yet somehow you let that very thing set you back or prevent you from reaching a goal. For me today that was "Be willing to accept that imperfect help." I love when something so simple has the ability to change your world. Now it's time to go the extra inch and put it into action.
I love that observation, Jeremy! Curious if you're still practicing this and how it's going?
@@norwayhannah1 yes, I am still trying to practice it. Parts of it go well and parts do not. When you have years of behaving a certain way, you not only have to retrain yourself, but how others respond to you as well. That part has actually been the trickiest for me. People tend to expect a behavior from you, and that can be difficult to change.
