@CrazyMarioRailfan yeah it is a special executive amfleet painted in phase III. You won't ever see it in revenue service but it deadheaded south on 137 after this extra was complete

@@samstranghorwitz I definitely will miss them. Their iconic schemes and horns were something to behold. There aren't any plans to make heritage units for 1071 and 1072 but we will see. They won't be done for another year and a half at least.

@hunterleite9923 yeah I touched upon it in the video but it caught fire on CHFP in Stamford CT. That train runs into new York. It's runs from Cedar Hill yard in CTto Fairport yard in NY

@jaimeritchotte oh that sound super cool! The scrap yard at the port was probably Schnitzer Scrap. PR-3 is a really cool operation and is my favorite train to catch.

I'm not 100% sure but they could be electrifying on track 3. I noticed that today too when I was at the station.

@JoshL_76 yeah I personally dislike the G&W paint I just think it's unappealing. But that's a person preference nothing to the engines themselves.

@keithfritz1990 yeah I don't rly try to get horns anymore. There's a fee engineer's who know of me so if I'm fanning nec I'll just focus on shots and if it's a crew ik of then I'll get a horn anyways as long as I am not acting like an idiot

@keithfritz1990 this was an equipment move. So there were no passengers. The amfleet I seen here is only used for airbreak preasure so they are able to reach their track speed (110mph P42DC top speed)

that is the whole train. it's an equipment move not a revenue train. that amfleet is used for break capacity to allow the leading P42 to be able to run at it's 110mph track speed.

Makes for a nicer picture and no in a 4 track section it's very common. I can list prob 3 different trains that meet there on a frequent basis
