And not having any space for toolkit on the bike is certainly a design flaw

No there is no provision/space under the seat to keep tools & the same was confirmed by the showroom guys during delivery. There is only enough space for the first aid kit & the packet shown in the video is the toolkit itself and the spare key with 2 locks for accessories was handed over in a 3rd plastic packet which you have rightly observed need not be kept with the bike

No there is a provision under the seat to keep 2 or 3 tools not sure how many but definitely there is. There are many RUclips videos depicting the same. By the way congratulations for the bike 👍🏻. And please do make a review video and also mention the heat radiated by TS400.

Almost a month... Paid full amount on 2nd September & was promised delivery with registration within max 7 days but got delivery on 27th

Yes we did have a great time. Would urge you to do Zanskar asap as it won't be long before it becomes another touristy place easily accessible and thus less adventurous & overrun by tourists. Saying so since I am just back from a ride to Spiti last month & was quite disheartened to find the adventure quotient at an all time low with smooth tarmac roads all the way to Kaza from Shimla. Even the famous Maling nala stretch is now a child's play & it is indeed a far cry from what the entire stretch from khab bridge to Kaza used to be just a couple of years back.
