Thank you for the comment! We loved Koh Chang & Koh Kood. Theres plenty of Islands that are accessible from Railay but 9 days is also enough time to head to Northern Thailand as well. I actually use the DJI pocket 2 😊

From memory I don’t think they did, you can always reach out to the company & see if you can leave it in their office or a locker at the mall.

I think they’re usually fully booked so it’s recommended to book in advance, even if it’s just a couple of days. The upper deck costs 1,500 THB & the lower deck costs 1,200 THB (per person). When we booked we specifically asked for a table at the front of the boat on the upper deck, if not they’ll auto-assign your table/seat 🙂

We booked via their website roughly 2 weeks in advance & specifically asked for a seat outside by the front of the boat under the “special request” box of the online booking form. There was no extra charge for it. Hope this helps 🙂

A solo traveler can certainly do this trip but just bear in mind you’ll be paying for the full boat that can seat up to 6 or 8 I think, so it would be quite expensive for just 1 person to do the trip. Hope this helps, there are prices & itineraries listed on Railay Eco Tours website 🙂. We paid 8,000 THB

I would recommend booking in advance as it’s a private tour & they can get fully booked in advance, if you know when you would like to visit you can check their availability via their website.

Thank you 😊, yes you can, there are many tour operators in Koh Chang who can arrange a private speed boat for you. These trips usually aren’t available during rainy season though

@sumanthmutyala916 that’s amazing to hear, thank you. I would definitely recommend Lombok, there’s plenty of places you can explore hiking as well as amazing beaches to relax, it has the best of both worlds
