During winter, 3 members of Les Mecc's are active in the swedish part of Lapland. During their spare time, they decided to go canyoning in Norway.
Guided with the information from "Viking Open Canyon', we packed our stuff and gave it a go for 3 days of canyoning, hiking, driving snowscooters & fun!
With the winter conditions, the canyons were full of ice & snow. Approaches became a little bit complexer, anchors needed to be redrilled, ropes suffered from the cold & abseils became big slides (snoboganes).
