I am hearing your solo album from 1994 A thousand faces. Very musical, very honest stuff, great vocal melodies, great bass lines, some great guitar work. More in the funky side of music. A lot of groove, and a variety of moods. I like the intimate atmosphere of the far end of the bow, it have some Pink Floyd flavor. The dark feeling of havin a bad day. The end of the album is almost a Nine inch Nail moment, and some vocals in the album remembers me the best of Alice in Chains. You are an inspíration and an example of constant evolution. I like so much the lasts albums of Armored Saint. I be aware of you playing since i hear Symbol of salvation in the 90´s. I should to research a little bit more what you had made with Fates Warning, i am not too much into this band. I wish you the best in the tour with Mercyfull fate, another of my favorite bands of the 80´s. I hope you come back with Armored Saint to Buenos Aires (Argentina) Cheers Joey

I use the same pickup configuration on my Fender Tony Franklin Fret less P-bass. it comes set up like that and I LOVE IT. I use Badass Bridges though

Do you record 3 different bass tracks and then mixing engineer blend them? Or do you choose bass sound for your own (and band) taste (distortion amount, EQ, etc) when you have guitar tracks and drums already?
