How do you not bump your knees?
@gooddogtrainingservices5351 just honestly never been a problem, if you start with the right hip angle and maintain it past the knee then it shouldn't be a factor. If you are then check your hip angle at start position and come up a little higher

@CrazyGamer1098. start of the block, it's an 8 week progression. So this week we go to 605 for 5x2. Last session should peak around 675-700 for 5 sets of 2. Then we test a single, hit one more week of heavy volume and taper down to game day

So being a nonflat stomach helped in this scenario…
Several cases in strongman having a lil belly helps, it's a balancing act. Little extra bodyfat helps keep the joints lubed and can create a shelf for some implements. But have to stay athletic enough to do moving events. I'm around 27% bf rn I think 20-30% for most strength athletes is that magic range
