Follow the life of rescue kitties Hero the 3 legged kitty, his sister Lisa and the siblings Leo, Lily and Little Sonic and their Catlady Mum.
🏡We live in Graz, Austria (Europe)
Hero and his sister Lisa were abandoned when they were only tiny kittens. They were found and rescued just in time and survived. I adopted them both in Nov 2019.
After my beloved seniors passed, I adopted Leo, Lily and Little Sonic in late May 2022 from their foster home.
Angel Cats: Big Sonic was deaf and nearly blind on one eye, you can see him still in my older videos, as well as his beautiful sister Samantha and my girl Murli. They all were senior cats and have passed since. I still miss them all constantly.
Samantha, Big Sonic and Murli were all rescued stray kittens.
I want to show that cats with handicaps aren't any less happy than non-handicap cats, in the hope that more people will consider giving cats like Hero a forever home.

Playing Little Sonic and bug catching teamwork!
🐈⬛Little Sonic was happily playing with his little mousie, making a bit of a mess as usual, until he got distracted by the pack of bird food I forgot on the couch, after feeding the birdies... The next distraction came when he saw a bug on the window! Then one after the other kitty started showing up, trying to get in on the bug catching fun😹 Only sweet Lisa was fast asleep in the bedroom and had no idea about any of it.

Every evening, after sunset, a little mouse comes out and eats the seeds that the birds dropped during the day 🐭 The kitties are really enjoying it! After many cold and gloomy days, the sun came out just in time for the weekend! There were a few clouds, but they were gone soon. Leo only meows when he wants something, but he doesn't always know what he wants 😸 It’s also still very cold! Nonstop snowfall in the alps and all around us on slightly higher elevations ❄️. This is another video from yesterday (Caturday). It was 84°F (29°C) out when I filmed this, so the kitties were just hanging out in the shade, just enjoying the nice day. Amazingly we had 84°F (29°C) today. It was ameowzing. The birds were really busy, and Hero and Little Sonic were watching them closely. The kitties enjoyed just lying around in the warmth of the day ☀️ The kitties preferred the shade, as always when it gets to a certain temperature. They do hang out in the sun, but at some point they just get too hot. I'll upload another sunny video tomorrow! P...

I know right 😄Adorable! The kitties now have day and night entertainment! The little guy comes out after the birds have gone to sleep 💤 It's a lucky mouse too! There's so many small predators around, so I guess my bird food keeps him safe, since he doesn't have to venture out far from his home for food. The mousie home is right between our building and the neighboring one. He's so tiny you can hardly tell its a mouse from our catio , without zooming in. Right 😸❣️What pawsome entertainment! Even after I got them inside (because it got chilly outside), they kept watching from the windows all evening. Little Sonic especially kept running back and forth between different windows, always worried he could miss something 🐈⬛🐭 Mouse entertainment is great! I'll try to get s clearer video of it. The mouse only comes out after sunset. But I will try with a bit of light next time. Have a lovely rest of your day!
