@@Emmakk-zo6noI barely use heat on my hair. Using the blow dryer sometimes produce heat, even on the lowest setting. My hair has been growing like wild grass because when I keep it stretched, it does not tangle so very minimal breakage. The heat can be produced when the iron touches hair with products. At least in my experience.
