Can you use this completely wireless and not use sound switch?

Any suggestions on what to do when the app keeps disconnecting from the Master? Sometimes it happens right away sometimes it takes a few minutes. But I always lose connection after infect it all working

Hi There, Great Video - did not know abt the hidden menu, thanks for this, 2 Questions: 1. The sound mode on the Tube is awesome and on point - if I DMX the light, is there a way I can activate the sound mode from my DMX controller - I am currently using a Wolfmix W1 controller 2. As mentioned above - I have a Wolfmix controller - I "heard" on another channel that there is a custom Wolfmix preset in the making for the 360 tube (like the ones you guys have for Sound Switch) - Do you have any information on this (ETA, Cost ect) Thank you for the videos - keep them coming!!!! Got ours a few weeks ago and we are doing a quinceañera this evening 7.21.24 and are going to be using 8 of them. Hopefully I will get a chance to shot some video of them in Action!!

Maybe explain in a video how you would use it as a transmitter and a receiver I was a bit confused by that.

Your video is great But your video SEO is not right. For Example, your video title description tag is not setup. Your video SEO score 0, which is bad. For this you are not getting more views and subscribers.

Does this work with JMAZ wireless? I use the JMAZ mad pars and run out of Wolfmix. I also have Donner if not. But it would be basically having to run two different wireless transmitters . Currently use a Wolfmix for control --> jmaz wireless transmitter --> pars that already have built in wireless as well as the jmaz wireless receiver dongles that plug into the lights that are not JMAZ. Thank you!

Does it transmit D-fi? As in Chauvet’s wireless protocol for DMX?

I just bought 32 of these and they are great, however the signal to signal feature is not all that great and I'm disappointed. With my chauvet freedom par quad 4's, I could have lights in different rooms and all the lights would change when prompted. These I would change the master with the remote and not all of the lights will change even if they are close to the others. I would either have to hold the light up in the air for it to change or move it.

Marcellus, I purchased your light show package, but missed the call from you!!!! None of my lights move in any of your shows? Is this supposed to be correct? Seems like a lot of money for no movement

Great video thank you I do have a question. I have the Both Lighting up lights and the Both Lighting tubes. Can I somehow link them together and use one wireless remote to control the uploads and the tubes altogether

Hi rick - i am adding this comment because I purchased 12 -S-4 up lights last year in august and have been having issues and not getting any warranty service or solution in weeks now! I changed 3 batteries and still have not resolved a problem with 9 ights turning off after 2 hours or less. I tried to change a main board in one light that had a brand new battery and still the light turns on but the up lights don’t light . Please have someone get my issue resolved as i already missed 3 events that booked the lights and had to refund them .Thank You Allan

What white stands are those holding the pixel tubes ?

First: Set your master and slaves, only one light should be master the rest should be slave Second- Make sure all lights are all on the same wireless ID Third - put the lights that you want to slave to slave mode Fourth - Make sure the Slave Lights are on a dmx address (does not matter the address number) Fifth- set master to a light function like auto or static to identify whether the connection is working properly your master light will turn green and your slave light will turn green! This video isn’t too clear. You have to set wireless DMX AND Dmx Channel to the same channels and hit enter. He kinda just brushed right past that

How does this perform outdoors is the real question ? Seems tempting however I am skeptical about a Chinese company in terms of quality as long as safety and quality isn’t compromised

My settings on the tubes are all the same Program - Auto mode Wireless DMX - ID 4 on all tubes Run time 4 hours IR - on Menu lock - off Back light - 30 Address- 004 on all tubes Channel - 160CH on all tubes DMX Fail - Hold Dimmer Curve - 2 When I use IR remote to change colours on Master the slaves do not change?
