this is one of those games that just looks great even today

the xbox graphics feels more horror like but you could just turn down the graphics on pc to make them look more blurry like on xbox 360, but one thing that I noticed on PC is that the framerate is MUCH better, no stuttering, no dips, completelety smooth if you have relatively decent hardware

Forza got the gear changes for the v8 supercars wrong. The cars snap each gear they don't have time to clutch in and change gear.

It's a lot like the improvement from Gran Turismo 5 to Gran Turismo 6 lol. Not much. Good vid.

I've recently brought two gtx 980 ti g1 gaming graphics cards and have been running this game at 4k Dynamic super resolution with max possible settings, including 8x anti and all draw distances, grass distance etc. The results are mind blowing when you see it in reality. These video's don't capture the quality. The special effects, shadows and lighting with volumetric fog and running at 60 fps constant, I turned off vsync and have had in excess of 100 fps. You really need to see it workng then make judgemnt. It has so much beauty. It feels like two generations ahead of the next gen consoles. Pc's are so advanced and all ways pushing the limits. You can't compair them, the differences are huge. I've managed to run battlefield 4 at 4k resolution with 200% resolutoin scalling, that's 8k resolution and it's playable minus anti. I loved Alan wake and wish to try it in virtual reality, 3rd person has been tried in occulus rift dk2 but in first person, I would probably not wish to leave the game. lol. Enjoy what you play and if you like graphics, get a pc, you won't ever be disapointed. I hope they make another Alan Wake in the future. I have the american nightmare to finish. Remedy, if you read this, make a virtual reality version for me. x lol

Gran Turismo 6 Still Looks Better! AND IT'S ON THE PS3!

I'm a PC gamer who played this on the 360 a couple of years back and bought it in a Steam sale at Xmas (currently playing American Nightmare on PC, that's why I had a look at this vid). I have to say - There's something really nice about the 360's blurriness and fog. It adds to the dreamlike atmosphere of the game I think. I'M NOT SAYING THEY LOOK BETTER. It's clearly much low def and the water effects are a vast improvement on PC. I just think the 360's has something special in it's aethstetics. Both versions are great looking and Alan Wake is a very enjoyable experience.

That doesn't look like FM5 at all. I have it & it looks beautiful. Smooth 60FPS, too.
