@@JayBMods You will take the gate at the Mojave outpost and get sent here. That way after you nuke it in lonesome road, it will disappear

@@ToxicWhiteoutGaming I see, interesting! I’ve never played lonesome road before, but I’ll Definitely go through it and your mod beforehand when I do another playthough. Still, I really wish there was a proper modern beyond the borders new lands Kinda mod that would let you go to Pahrump and Indian Springs without any loading screens. There’s just a ton of unused space in the vanilla map, and it’s clear from Cut content that Obsidian has some unrealized plans for it.

@ It is very difficult to do that, because it requires players to regenerate LOD, download a new extended map plugin, and is generally a painful install process. This will be one click and ready to play. It should feel pretty natural, as you’ll just hit the gate in the Mojave outpost and be in NCR territory

@ there’s already a couple mods that do that (a pretty good one for Arizona came out recently) but I’m sure it’d be just as cool if it was done as a separate worldspace too

It's not exactly NCR's core land, this would technically still be the outskirts. NCR's core would be areas around Los Angeles (L.A. Boneyard), Sacramento (Sac-Town) and San Diego (Dayglow), also Shady Sands which is somewhere in the relative vicinity to Los Angeles. So the more scrappy, shoddily repaired pre-existing buildings still fit here very well.

@@Wesley-1776 Very sorry about the mishap! I did not watch the show, and I am from Europe, and just assumed the location based off where it is as Shady Sands in Fallout 1 and 2 compared to L.A.

This mod should be fully compatible with the living desert, and we also made Dry Wells so it should be compatible there too!

This area is a new separate worldspace, so it should be alright! This is about 10 miles down the road from the Mojave Outpost

Hey there, great to see you! Yes, you will enter through the Mojave Outpost gate. I might feature the entry process in the next update but I've been trying to avoid dialogue in these as to not show spoilers.

@@ToxicWhiteoutGaming For sure, I understand. I was just curious, I remember looking through that gate way back when the game came out. It will be cool to finally go through it.
