I am Arif (PhD, Physics Dept. at UofA, 2010). I have been teaching Physics and Math at almost all levels ranging from high school to Master's for over 20 years. During that time, I have come across a lot of misconceptions, misunderstandings, and not-so-much effective ways of studying among my students. Most of the time the main problems were the lack of strong foundations and the lack of thorough understanding of the concepts. I created and have been constantly updating my lecture notes with an intent to fill this gap. I constantly create problems that would reflect the conceptual part of the topics and those that force my students to improve their math skills. In 2019, I became a dad, and it is a wonderful feeling, to see your son respond to you, play with you, observe his surroundings with a deep curiosity, ... A spark was ignited in me. I was washed over with a feeling, actually an urge to share everything I know with him. This channel is for him and for those who are as curious.
