My board has a sticky residue from the mat on it. Can I use a Clorox wipe to clean it off?
We recommend Goof Off/Goo Gone or some kind of cleaner like that.

Purchased this product in very early November 2023 at Houston quilt festival with a ship date of January 2024 and just received it i8/15/2024! And the only time I received any information was in response to inquiries. To be transparent that really soured me before I even received the product. Now that I have it - it’s heavy and really confusing because there are so many folds that you have to figure out. I just resigned to using it in its original size with no issues but a lot of money for a 11x27 mat. Also the thing should come with the carrier bag to help store and transport it because the layers flap around everywhere - so keep your boxes to store it. Disappointed is an understatement.

We've tried to share very specific instructions on how to use it on video and in print- it should be really easy if they're followed, and sorry about the weight- it is after all the weight of a sturdy 36"X48" self-healing mat because that's what it is at it's largest, folded out size. It's very hard for us to gage exactly when a product will be ready before its first release, which also makes it difficult to give updates on it with precision, so we hoped that the really low price we charged at the show (almost 50% off) would more than make up for any delays in delivering it. We hope you'll work with us to make it right for you and help us improve as a company, and we wish you the very best regardless!

I bought cutterpillar but I didn’t like it, it doesn’t cut clean,it doesn’t cut soft, it leaves a lot of fiber,and buy another one and it came out the same .

Really shouldn't have to stick tin foil in the battery compartment especially when this crop is so expensive. If you know there is a problem then you should address this before you sell anymore
Browsing crafty stuff I came across your video and my first reaction was 🤔. My next was 😮😮😮 After lunch I will be getting my white acrylic paint out.
