The price suggests that this is an Inspired By Gibson model. My HB Pro is 2 & 1/2 years old. The pickup has a battery bag inside the heel area and tone & volume controls inside the sound hole, so it's not what I thought I was ordering but it's still called the Pro. I thought the acoustic sound was thin so I bought an IBG J-45 for sessions. Since then, the 'bird has developed its sound, mostly on the 6th string so it's fairly unbalanced right now. The pickup is just fine as far as piezos go and I gig it. The strong point is the neck and fretboard; this box plays at least as well as some pretty serious guitars that I have owned or played. So, mixed results, but, for the money, no complaints. Wish I'd bought the IBG one though. That seems to be a winner, if it's from the factory in Indonesia.

Lol. While these are great quality for the money, all string retainers are is an indication that the neck angle is insufficient for stable tuning. When I say 'insufficient' I'm not taking away from the quality, as sometimes it's a design idea that warrants it. That design idea would be using less wood and keeping costs down. Imagine the difference in a raw block of wood for a neck with a harder angle.....it would be a lot thicker with more waste and higher cost. String trees are dirt cheap in comparison to wood.

Biggest flex is this dude running the gambit of his “house” before showing you an absurd guitar room.

It's an EX140. I have one, ,bought it new back around 1991 as my first electric. They only made them from 1988 to 1993, so it's not a 1999. The EX series was their budget line, replaced by the RX line in 1994, then replaced with the GIO line as the cheaper version. Like what Squire is to Fender, Epiphone is to Gibson, except they all were branded as Ibanez.

I have owned mine since about 2008. Mine still looks new. I have the all chrome hardware like this one, but I changed the bridge pickup to a Seymour Duncan George Lynch Screamin' Demon. The big difference in mine and the one demonstrated above; mine is in tune.

Shadow Preamp is crap. I bought one of these for $379 5 years ago. The electronics and this has failed twice. Took it to two different luthier‘s. Guess what it is failed again. The guitar itself I really liked but the shadow electronics is crap and the new ones now have Fishman electronics because apparently the shadows were no good. So if you buy one get a Fishman and the controls are in the sound hole Not on board

I like the color choice, I would also love to see the interior, as a default question what do you do in Tennessee? Or what do you do for a living?

Hello! This guitar is Aria Pro II FS series. Is made in Korea in 93. I own same model but blue.

I have the same guitar and actually the finish is called woodstone brown. That particular finish has been made only in 1990. I haven't had luck with tracking the serial number for my guitar's age, so i looked it up online on washburns site and managed to pinpoint it with the finish.

I bought an Ibanez PCBE-14MH black model on-line, and it had major buzzing on the low-E string; not only on the frets, but it sounded like the inside of the sound board was buzzing too, at the saddle. IMMEDIATE FAIL! Sent it back for a refund and won't be looking at cheap Ibanez acoustic basses anymore. Life's too short to be hassled with mailing back large packages :-(

Thats a mahogany body with a flame maple top. Schecter does this combo on alot of their guitars. I own a half dozen Schecters , for the money they are hard to beat.

I have the zz custom with black and white paint, awesome underated guitar, I believe it has DiMarzio pick ups, I bought it in a pawn shop in 1985 for 140 bucks, it sounds every bit as good as any Gibson's I've owned, 2023 and it still sounds better than most of what is out there, my Jackson sounds ok below 12th fret but above sounds dead

I just bought one and the neck is cracked, the volume pots are scratchy, the nut is a half inch into the top fret, the neck is bent, the finish is scratched in several places, and the switches make an audible click sound when engageged. I have the les Paul iyv and it’s in perfect condition but this one.. maybe just a lemon, maybe an eBay dealer that was trying to unload some garbage.. not sure but it’s going right back to the seller. Awesome looking guitar till I bought it and got it out the box.
