I'm at about the same point right now. I bought a low mileage parts car, 05 b5 passat and I'm swapping the steering rack and brake lines/abs unit from it. Thanks for posting man, this is motivating, glad to see people still keeping the b5's alive!

That's a nice amount of work, and will be cool when done. Subframe idea is probably a bit hard to get head around for a 1.8t but it's your car. Looking forward to seeing more

I like that sub frame. But 3k for f/r unit is a bit ridiculous. Keep up the work. One day ill finish mine too

I have a tdi version a4 b5 afn, im doing upgrades on brake side cuz to much heat to handle atm, but the back is kinda weird to me cuz how do you keep ABS system ? My back rotor have the all thing (abs) on the rotors it self, any tip?

I like some of the things you've done man. Real tasty work. I love the colour, the red rear bumper lip should go the same as the rest of the car, imo I'd ditch all the red trim around the wheels and rear lip. But your car so do as you like. Cant wait for the next video 👌

This video helped me SOOOOO much, I just wired these up today while repeatedly watching your video. You were right, that connector that comes on the headlights does NOT fit up. I think the only thing I might do in the future is rig the Halos up with the parking lights, so I can run the orange with the halo rings. But it all works based upon your wiring outline. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Does this fit under 17 inch rims or do you have to go bigger?
