Can I do this with out the tool ?
You could press it with your hands firmly but if you need to test and certify that cable. Cable test might not PASS all the time.
@@cablentech8391 I have sudden project coming Tuesday, I have order this Amazon but hopefully it will not arrive. I have crimped cat5 cables but this jack out pin was using first time. Will see how I can mange my client with out this tool. Will use my fingers as suggested. 🤩

I might finally get a lazer distance measurer cause this is cheap. Good for when i cant be fd measuring studs or have anyone to hold tape measuring headers and sills etc. Btw your audio is really quiet

Hi It’s TG Jack Field Term Plug Termination Tool. “Panduit EGJT-1”
When you are terminating in the network cabinet this works very well let’s say if you’re fixing a cable in a bundle of dressed 96 cables
